This branch goes above and beyond for customer service. They are very courteous and polite, especially the Manager and Humberto. I will go back to this bank and use them again. Very kind, polite and patient employees. 5 star service.

My bank for decades. This is my favorite location because of short lines and friendly, thoroughly trained staff. Typical of City National Bank, this branch handles many small and medium size business accounts. This office is located on the West side of the Chatsworth industrial area. It has good access to the 118 Freeway on the North and to Nordhoff Street and the "Parthenia Highway" on the South. There is a seven year old review here that complains about the lack of an Automated Teller Machine. I am looking at the ATM, located just the the left of the main entrance. By the way, the entrance has controlled access. Tellers can see you through heavily tinted (and therefore one way) glass. They press a button to unlock the door. This makes me feel much more comfortable inside the bank.
