Scammy gas station attendant. After paying with a debit, but charged for credit price, he refused to refund the difference and acted like an asshole about it. After reading the other reviews about this place, it's no surprise.

100% I go here weekly and get a car wash. I've been here with 3 of my 4 cars I've had in my life. 3 different options for a car wash and I've used them all. Today my car isn't that bad this week so I used the middle option. I think all levels of Wash are great here.I also get a my gas here and I trust Chevron & United as my regular spots.

They jacked me for $25.00 .I get over half of tank of gas with $30.dollars and I only got 1 line .when I asked them what's going on.they have attitude..don't use this gas station. They are thieves.

Car wash brush damaged my car paint. The Hood of my car is now completely matte, from the car wash bristles.

DO NOT USE CAR WASH on LASSEN and TOPANGA! Two times in a row the wash stopped with soap all over. Two times I had to get out with my kids in the car. I asked for a refund. He kept telling me” what do you want me to do, it’s not my fault, it’s the machine.” His attitude and arrogance was over the top. He wanted me to drive through a third time so he could rinse it. I said sure but a refund first please so I can drive off from there. He told me no because I’m still getting a car wash. I said It’s not working, you’re rinsing the soap off not the whole car wash. He needed to get the mgr on the phone over $12. He was rude and condescending and took his time. I had to drive away with purple and blue soap all over. Horrible customer service.

This place sucks .The other day I bought 10 car washes for $150 from the car wash located at Topanga and Lassen. I've used this place for years and even though they keep raising the price I've stayed loyal because they do a good job cleaning. Well I misplaced the card they gave me to keep track of the washes I explained to the owner who remembered me making the purchase the situation, and I also showed him the credit card receipt for the purchase, and his dumbass told me he doesn't know how many washes I used so he can't honor the remainder of washes that where due. I told him I've only used it 3 times, but he still didn't want to honor the rest of my washes. I will never give this gas station my business again I hope anyone who reads this feels the same.
