Long time customer and heard their is a new owner. They lost me an a few of my buddies; this new owner is training their staff to sell but at the same time they're now scamming people. Selling you tires and services you don't need; Be careful, my wife was given a quote for $1200 for tires she didn't need. Went to another shop was told her tires still had a few more years left and only 2 needed to be replaced.

There is no watting line. The cashier look on your face if he like you you are first if no you have to waiting for many houres. Ibouth tire frome there but I never back there even for use waranty.

I took my Acura MDX to this shop and they recommended tire check without really checking if current tire is fixable. Also they said they don't have tire and need to be ordered which could have been done on the phone instead of making me wait till appointment time.
Alsonthe rep helping me suddenly started helping someone else when they walked in amd spent 10m. Very poor customer service. Not recommended.

These money grabbers cannot align tires for their lives. My steering wheel isn’t properly aligned and when I straighten it, the car veers to the left, save yourselves some time and actually take your car to the dealership or a trusted branded repair shop instead of cheap dirty places like this.

DONT EVER GO TO THIS TIRE SHOP! It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. They actually took down my review. The workers (all men) were bullying me when I went there! I had an appointment and they took my car and told me they’ll have it ready in 1-2 hours. I waited like 8 hours and when I got there when it was closing time asking for my car, they laughed at me and told me they didn’t have time. I have been to many tire shops and changing tires took maximum of one hour. These guys had entire day to do it, and they didn’t do it, and then they started bullying me laughing at me and harassing me, and when I complained that I don’t like their unprofessional behavior, they started yelling at me on my way to my car. It was traumatic experience and if I had the name of the guys that worked there I would sue them for harassing, don’t ever go to the tire shop it’s the worst tire shop in entire LA .

Went in for two flat repairs and was told a little over an hour.
about 31/2 hours later, I left the shop. Was told that appointments come first. OK not a problem but why did they not tell me this when I checked in.
The service tec mis read the order and removed a wrong tire from the car, OK things happen. When I went to leave, I asked if the torque all tires that they removed from the car, was told yes. Great I then asked to torque the tire that they removed by mistake. They did.
If this had been my first experience with them it would probably be my last and after 20 years of dealing with them it still might be my last.

SCAMMERS. Went in for a flat tire that I knew was caused by a screw/nail because I found it in the middle of my tire before coming to the shop. After their slow service I got a call back saying my tire was unrepairable because there was sidewall damage and that I need all new tires. Told them im going to get tires elsewhere and the entire time they didnt mention the nail in my tire, just sidewall damage that was probably cause my "me hitting something". Makes me wonder if they even took the tire off at all. Took my car to Acapulco Tires and they repaired it in 5 MINUTES. Super fast and great service by the other shop. As for chatsworth... scam, DONT COME HERE!!

This tire shop is terrible!
Even with an appointment to get 4 new tires, they make me wait 2 hours before getting started. Meanwhile they were helping other people that came after me. It took 3 hours to be done.
They are not professional. If you value your time, do not use this tire shop.

I recommend this place for anyone looking to replace their tires. The staff is very friendly and they are very affordable. They place can be a bit busy at times but in most cases they have same day service.

No more stressing out when a flat tire happens!
Formerly Chatsworth Tire and currently Big Brand Tire and Service is my lifesaver on the days where I get a flat tire or any tire related problem. They are super efficient, professional, quick and very reasonable. Actually, it can not get any more reasonable than them, as fixing flat tires is free.
Since I moved to my new neighborhood several years ago, nails in the tires have become my usual problem due to the nearby industrial areas I have to drive through. I used to be so stressed out and anxious when a nail got into my tire before, as I couldn't find a reasonable trustworthy place that would just have a standard pricelist and wouldn't try to oversell or overcharge. After my coworker suggested to go to Chatsworth Tire the flat tires are not a "catastrophe" for me anymore. They used to charge $10 for fixing a flat tire, which was unheard of in a good way, and then it was $20 a year or two ago, and then last time when I went for a service couple of months ago, it was free! Above all, it is so easy to make appointments with them over the phone or even better online.
Can not thank Big Brand Tire staff enough for the excellent service throughout the years!
