Alex Cortez- the owner of this car repair and body paint center is the most accommodating, expert and honest proprietor of this specialized shop. Meeting someone of his calibre is hard to come by in this industry. With full service that comes with latest equipment and staff, he is so hands on with every fulfillment of our request until our repair goals are achieved to our satisfaction. On top of these, Alex delivers in a timely manner and is very transparent with all budget allocations. He is one of the best ones out there. We are glad we met him!

A highly recommended tire shop told me that I had an irreparable one tire but I had to replace two front tires immediately and replace the rest 2-3 months from now. Well, Alex picked up my car and drove it to his shop and not only did he patch up two holes in that one "irreparable" tire, but he also told me my tires should be good for the rest of the year. I cannot believe how much money I saved. He was genuinely pissed off hearing how the other shop was trying to take advantage of me in my Tesla, looking dumb. Instead of chasing profits, he wanted to make my life easier only way he could by doing all the driving and taking care of my tires so I can keep working before I get my kids as a single mom. I really truly appreciated him so much and felt like I had a big brother watching out for me. And I hope you guys get that feeling too. Alex needs all the support. Please thank you!!!

What can I say besides incredible service and unbelievable workmanship. Unfortunately I have had 2 occasions when I have needed this service. The first time everything went so smoothly and the work that was done was superb that I had no hesitation to return when the 2nd occasion happened. These guys honestly go above and beyond. I’ve gone to them several times with multiple vehicles and they’ve always been able to help me with the upmost professionalism they really make you feel like you’re important and their attention to detail is second to none I’m 25 and I’m really lucky that I found the shop I’ll be going in for all my auto needs

Chatsworth collision is seriously the best! I've brought multiple cars here and even motorcycles. Whatever it is Alex and his guys do the best work! And they do it right too! Whether it's an insurance claim or even your own personal stuff, Alex always has your back and looks out for your best interests. The best auto body shop you can go to! Alex Cortez not only gave us a great price but also extraordinary customer service. Before we even came in they were super accommodating, answered all our question and fit us into their schedule immediately and had our car fixed in less than 3 hours. Would recommend to everyone and will always be the first place I think of for any car repairs.

LOOK NO FURTHER!!! With so many options, it's hard to decide what collision shop to trust with your car, but this place is fantastic! I am ecstatic with the work done to my car. It looks BRAND NEW!!! I've had this 2018 Camry XSE for less than 2 years & was so frustrated to see all of the damage caused by careless hit & runs, but after leaving it in the hands of Alex & Jose, I could not be happier with the results! It looks exactly like it did when I drove it off the lot!! I also found out that Chastworth Collision Center does more than just body work....they handle anything vehicle related. I will be going back for some tires & also taking my damaged Jeep in for some body work very soon. Thanks guys!!!
