I will not recommend this Chase branch, very poor costumer service!!! I just tried to cash out check from my employer, who is a Chase loyal costumer for years! Check was on my name,I gave them my DL and additional IDs they asked for, and they rejected it, made me wait like 30 minutes , passing me in between windows and made me feel like a criminal. Fist guy at the window lied to me that his system is down and sent me to another window where 2 ladies looked at me suspiciously for like 20 min , and after they just stamped my check and told me that they cant verify it, are you serious? I live in Chatsworth all my life, it’s my neighborhood, my husband have account with Chase like 20 years. If you don't want to be humiliated like I did just now, go to another branch, coz this people don’t appreciate your business!!!!

One day chase decided to close my branch where I have a box. Nobody cares what you do now, wait months for another box.

They ignore me for almost an hour and on top of that someone approached me with an attitude that made me feel thrown out of the place and on top of that this person asked me if I had legal documents I answered yes but it seemed to me that I perceived a certain insistence that I did not have my documents legal.

WED@1:30PM: Joel (teller) sorted a complex U.S. Savings Bond fiasco I'd created, turning them into cash within 15mins. He's always helpful/proficient/expedient. I'll never go back to Wells Fargo. Veronica (manager) runs a streamlined operation at Chatsworth Chase! Definitely recommend.Mark Hausknecht

Save yourself headache bypass Chase go straight to a different bank they are so unprofessional especially customer service and claims department you'll be lucky to Speak to someone without hanging up on you call failed call about 3 to 4 times. Claims department is the worst no communication a lot of rude people that have no business in customer service. Your money will come up missing and they look at you and make you feel like you did something wrong I will be getting my money out soon after I tie up some loose ends save yourself the trouble your money would be safer with a loan shark. I chased me you don't want this bank

One of the Tellers treats me like a criminal. When in reality I have a business checking and savings there. The other Tellers are nicer but not that friendly. I've been to 3 different Chase banks in the North Valley and get treated with respect and very nicely at the 2 other branches. I will not be going back to this one again.

I avoid this branch due to the bad customer service. The tellers as well as the bankers don't seem to care about their job. The bankers as well as the tellers are not professional both in their communication and work attire.

Honestly this bank has been so good to me throughout the years! Alex specially and Joe which is the branch manager. it's always a good feeling when your bank actually tries to help you out and it's a pleasure to bank with them! Chase rocks and this branch rocks! Alex, Joe you guys are awesome

Uncaring, rude, misleading employees and managers. They have no care or desire to help customers or appreciate customers they have. I have been a loyal customer for over 25 years with chase and its old parent companies. They even told me they have no care if my account stays there or not. They lied to me about helping me and lied to me about having managers call me back. Horrible service ever. Used to be my favorite branch. Now, I'm ready to move all my accounts out of there as they have no care or appreciate me.. Why should I let my money sit there and they make money off of it, while I get nothing other than rude service. Shame of you Chase. I would love management to reach out to me, preferably someone not from that office.
