I had an OUTSTANDING experience with this company all around for new windows in our home in San Diego. From the sales interaction, to the final measuring, to the delivery and installation, every part of the process was top notch. I felt valued and appreciated as a customer. This is clearly a company that takes the time to hire great people and hustles hard to earn their customer’s satisfaction. A rare thing in my experience. In particular the installation was impressive and could not have gone better. Originally the company called and said the installation timeline was pushed a day late because the windows would not be ready until the mid morning of installation day. When I told them that the next day was my 6 year olds birthday party, I expected them to tell me something like “well we’ll see you next week”. Instead, they said okay, we’ll still make it but we’ll be a few hours later. The installer Phil was top notch. He worked for hours straight with my permission working until 7 PM to get the job done and he did it beautifully. I had 4 young kids in my home and having windows installed with them around wasn’t easy, but Phil was so polite and considerate making sure to close gates and doors for my young ones. The windows are gorgeous, I was so pleased to have them in place for our party on time, and so grateful for Phil and this company going the extra mile to make it happen. When he left, the house was spotless, not a single bit of debris anywhere. I have hired out a lot of work on our homes and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Companies like this, that hustle to make their customers happy, are very rare these days!

I recently had the pleasure of working with CDW for my window installation, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. The installation team was punctual, courteous, and highly skilled. They took great care in ensuring everything was done to the highest standard, paying attention to even the smallest details.
What stood out to me the most was their commitment to cleanliness and respect for my home. After the installation, they left everything spotless, which was greatly appreciated. The windows themselves are of excellent quality, and I can already feel the difference in both the appearance and insulation of my home.
Overall, I highly recommend CDW to anyone in need of new windows. Their exceptional service and craftsmanship truly set them apart.

Christian and Manny did a fantastic job. They were on time, answered all of my questions and even tolerated my dogs. Love my new windows. I would definitely utilize their services again in future.

Installed all incorrect windows. Not what we asked for. We are under HOA so have problems with them now and apparently only person to talk to about it is Dennis which he hasn’t answered us or returned one call since this has happened two months ago.

They did a great job for me. They weren't the lowest quote, but you do get what you pay for. Everything was timely from the estimate, build of the windows and install. Professional, quality product and clean install. Will recommend to others; glad I chose them.

Service after the sale?! Not sure at this point.
I’ve tried to call them. No response. I’ve filled out their online request form. It says give them up to 48hrs to respond. It’s nearly a week now. Still waiting.
I guess it’s still Covid hours and service response. Tick Tok…..

This is without a doubt The Very Best Experience we have had with a home improvement company, they showed up on time Installed (10) windows plus a patio sliding door ,cleaned inside and out hauled away all old windows and debris, the install team was the very best, Would also like to thank our project specialist Lisa Song for her expertise in assisting us with this upgrade to our home. I think I should also mention that C.D.W had the Best price we could find for this upgrade.

Enjoying my custom windows. I got a large garden window to replace my rotting wooden bay window in the kitchen. A real showpiece stunner with really spacious view of the garden and sky/stars along with adjustable glass shelf. And more windows in master bedroom that successfully keep the heat in when it’s cold and should keep the a/c air inside this summer. Modern, seamless transaction with one price. Don’t know who I would have contracted for standard windows, but for custom windows I think CDW can do it all.

I heard you do measurements for free!!!??? I wonder if all others charges for measurements? What if you end up charging for measurements and I decided to do my own measurements which may not be accurate? Will you end up adding ring around the window? Or, will you end up cracking the potato chips???

Extremely disappointed and frustrated. I hired this company to replace 2 doors and 3 windows. 2 of the windows are damaged as well as one of the doors. We had a little rain 3 weeks ago and water got in my house through my 1 week old windows and door. My husband and I have called them several times. Our calls have been ignored. I do not recommend this company.

Our 60+ year old house had all of its original windows, and it was time to upgrade. I want to give a huge shout out to Andrew and everyone who helped us achieve our goal. My personal favorite is the slider with the cat door!Services: Sliding glass door installation & replacement
