Have purchased a couple covers from here. Very good quality and they ship pretty quickly.
That said, if you happen to make a mistake on your order and have to send it back to be fixed, that process is awful.
I mistakenly ordered my cover with the California Car Cover company logo on it. I thought I checked the box to omit it, but apparently didn’t. Contacted customer service and they said to send it back and they can replace that panel. While it was there, I requested to also change the text of the embroidery on the cover.
I thoroughly covered the embroidery change with the customer service rep and he said he made internal notes that were very clear.
This "redo" process took about 2.5 months and they somehow still missed changing the embroidery. That's a real bummer but I am not willing to go through the process of sending it back again.
FWIW the customer service rep was very responsive and I could tell he wanted to be able to help more but seemed like his hands were tied.

Horrible service they ship with no signature requires and leave packages outside. Their only resolution buy again with free shipping.

I placed an order for a custom car cover 5 weeks before delivery. When time came for delivery, I inquired and was told, the color of the car cover was not in stock and they would tell me when it was in. Two weeks later, they still couldn’t give me a straight answer, their sales and service has deteriorated severely. I would never shop from them again. I had been a customer for a decade

I contacted California Car Cover via the Chat option, on the companies website to ask a question concerning which car cover would work best for my Mustang. Tyler responded and did a great job answering my question. I've purchased covers from this company before and I'm very happy with their products. I'd highly recommend the company and iitsproducts.

Hit the online chat button to ask if there were any promo codes. Tyler was super helpful and was even able to take me order for me. Can't wait to receive the cover I ordered. Will update once we have it on the truck.

I have 2 California car covers that I purchased several years ago and they both work well for me. I just put a newly purchased Dustforce cover on my truck and it is way too tight. They said it's a custom fit but it does not fit properly. They must be cutting back on material to make more money but they sure don't cut back on the price. Even with their so called discount when it was all said and done it was over $400.00. They also advertise it is soft as flannel which is not true it is very stiff and no where near the feel of flannel. I will not be purchasing anything else from California car cover company ever again. It's the same old thing cheapen up the product and raise the price. In my opinion they used to have a good product and now It's junk. I also recently purchased their California duster with basically the same problems. They made the wood handle smaller and theycut back on the duster material. It is less than the old ones are. I would encourage people to not jump in like I did and assume the products you are buying from California car cover company are the same as you purchased in the past because they are not. I would encourage people to read the reviews and not purchase their products. You are not getting the same products as in the past. They have raised the prices and cheapened the products.Bill from Burlington Vt.

I purchased a 5 layer all weather cover for my Ford F150 from there Garage sale listing . Picked it up from an event held in Del Mar from them. I was really pleased how well it fit and covered my baby. After less than 3 months, the cover began to shed a very fine white powder all over my truck and begun to imbed in finish. I contacted company and the individual I spoke to said the Company was aware their product was inferior and directed me to their website for this known specific issue. They would require some details and at there discretion , might provide a replacement. Followed process and told it was an as is sale. They knew the product was defective and sold it anyway. I have many photos and a comprehensive video showing how crappy this cover really is. Product liability Attorney is reviewing case. I'll let you know how it turns out. I would stay away from there products. They took the money and take zero accountability. Manager kid was very unprofessional and rude.

These company used to be great. Waited weeks for 2 covers. One was fine. The second was the cheapest Chinese , Amazon looking cover I have ever seen. Feels like parachute material. I wouldn't put this cover on my lawn mower, feels like it would scratch the paint. Called them the day it arrived , they transferred me to a voicemail. Left a message, not a word in weeks.CA Car cover replied and said if I'm sure I called and used the right business! Maybe they should check my purchase history before this cheezy reply.

Ordered a car cover June 15th, received a shipping confirmation June 16th, then it never shipped, called and emailed and was just lied too. It’s now July 13th and no resolution. Poor service and shady on too

I couldn't be more happy with the Customer Service that Justin extended to me. In the past I had purchased two car covers for our classic cars and since they worked so well, I decided to purchase a third for my car. After using it almost every day for several weeks and struggling to get it on and off of the mirrors, the car cover finally ripped. Also I was afraid that because it was so tight, that I would eventually break the mirrors. I decided to call California Car Cover to see if anything could be done. I spoke to Justin and explained the issue.He was so professional, kind and polite and gave me Instructions on how to return it. He said he would see what he could do once he received it. I sent it back and a few weeks later I received the car cover back and it fits so much better. What a miracle!!!I am so happy and so thankful to Justin for fixing the situation. Thanks Justin!!!
