Check every item you buy thoroughly. Plug in electronics to make sure all settings work, do not believe them when they say item has been tested to work. Furniture; check every corner and inside for damage. They sell mostly damaged, dented, open box, used items and will overcharge at register unless you take pic of price or instagram screenshot. Sometimes amazon sale price is cheaper if you can wait till the holidays.

Used to go to this place and bought quite a few good things from them, but in the last maybe 3 months. They have completely changed and their prices are ridiculous for broken and used stuff. It worth the trip to this location anymore. It almost feels like there's new management and things are and I mean they ARE used and broken and again, ridiculously priced might as well buy them new. I should have taken pictures.

I haven't been here in a while. It's organized and also very empty, over price. And the workers are not very pleasant either. Never coming back again.

Bought a nespresso machine, went home and inside was the completely wrong machine. I went back the next day and even though it was the completely wrong item inside the box they said they couldnt refund me. I tried to look at their other nespresso machines they had in stock to see if I could try and exchange it, one of the machines inside the box has been completely used with old coffee stains and grounds in it, the other one had missing parts. Weird that theyre just on the shelves for someone to just buy. Guy at the register didnt really care and was on his phone while interacting with him which was kind of weird instead of helping. Now im stuck with a coffee machine i didnt want, oh well! Wont be back, i definitely miss the Simi Valley store, they would never. Update: After troubleshooting my machine with nespresso customer service for an hour the machines completely defective and doesnt work........ ridiculous

Meh. I'm used to the Valencia store. Valencia still has the random thrift store vibe. But it's a lot more organized and clean. This store was organized but still messy somehow. The AC is not on/doesn't work? So it's very hot in there. There aren't a lot of people working in the store. They didn't have a lot of variety in the selection either. I just wasn't feeling it. There are a couple good things about it though. They have an IG page where you can see some of their more popular items. You also can do a phone order. I like the phone order idea. But I also get nervous because you can't inspect it and once you buy it it's yours even if it's damaged. Like most bulldogs there are no returns other than electronics that don't work and for a limited time. Parking is on the side, and you enter through the big elephant door on the side. I don't know that I would ever go here just to casually shop. But if I saw something specific on their IG page, that would be the only way I'd go back.

The phone number on this page is no longer in service. Their FB Page has you call an 805 number which is to the store in Simi Valley, which is closed now. Trying to call on an item on the FB Page and no one answers, no matter the time of day I call. Have left messages on different items and never got a call back. When they are advertising items and say to call the store. How do you call when their own number is no longer in service.

Associates at this location were rude asf, no customer service skills at all. We asked him for help , he said Im going on my lunch. He could have at least found someone else to help us. Checkout was bad too, no hello., no thank you. Terrible service! You don't even deserve 1-star! Never had an issue at Camarillo location! Their customer service is excellent, hands down!!
