Came in to replace my battery as it continued to go flat. It was from 6/99 and had a 2 yr warranty.Had them check the battery and the alternator. They told me both were good and they charged it. The next day it exploded from being over charged. I now have battery acid all over my engine. NOT GOOD.

The worse 'customer service' rep ever dwells here. WILLIAM BENTON or TRENTON denied me the use of the restroom and then escalated to refusing me service because I mentioned that auto zone always has restrooms available for customers. He threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. This guy is a detriment to any business. 0/5.
4 weeks later I will add that after recieving a call from the regional manager Maria I was told that she would fix this and that I wouldn't have this problem. Well, today 5/23 Patrick at this same store says that restrooms are not available to the public. Thanks for the fix Maria. NEVER AGAIN.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I needed help with replacing my windshield wiper liquid and Andy was so helpful with that! Wanted to thank them! Been driving around without it since didn't know how to fill it! ???

I love this store ! The minute I walked in I was greeted by Shawn and Chris great energy. Helped me find what I was looking for with a smile. I highly recommend this store , mostly because of the great employees. Thank you Chris and Shawn you guys are the Best .

With all of the recent rain, I needed a new wiper blade. I went in on Easter Sunday, and they were open! The guys working there were super nice and helpful. Thank you for your help! Bonus - this location has a huge parking lot with multiple entrances and exits.

Late Saturday night, no one in the store. Was there to retire few items and drop off used engine oil. Poor customer service. Had me wait for my return items while young clerk takes care of the used oil. The older staff was more attentive by greeting me at the register. He asked if I was being helped. The older staff returned to help with my return because the young clerk was taking a long time to dump the used oil into their container. When the young clerk returns to give me back the empty oil quarts with dirty plastic bag, the older staff grabs a new plastic bag to cover the dirty one. At that moment, the young clerk made a rude gesture towards the situation, the older staff looks at the young clerk and ask him if he was okay. It was apparent the younger clerk lacked customer service. Hopefully management can provide some training to help the kid.

The manager of this store lacks professionalism. He needs to stop being rude, trying to look and act like Sons of Anarchy and needs to learn how to groom himself along with proper hygiene. Needs to stop looking dirty pre-homeless and get a haircut and shave off or properly groom his beard and not wear the same stinky clothing. Autozone should get someone new in my opinion.

I'm sorry to even right this. I had the bad experience in this auto zone. One of the cashier did want to help my friend out just because there was a language barrier and the no one didn't want to help us. Even one of them told me to get out of the store and didn't want my money. No customer service at all. Just yelling at me to leave that store
