I have never in my life left a review for a gas station BUT your PM shift on February 21 earned it!! The worker inside closed up, mopped, and as soon as customers tried to get his attention he HID in the back. After nearly 25 minutes he came out and with an attitude said that he is “closed” and told us there’s a sign. There is NO sign and it said “open” according to Google. Also refused service. I’m a regular and I will be by tomorrow when functioning adult employees are present to let them know to consider drug testing their graveyard shift. What an unnecessarily strange and unpleasant individual.

This review is for the car wash. There's no card reader and you won't get change back. I put in $10 for an $8.99 wash. There's no way to put in exact change.

Car wash was the worst waste of time and money. The car might as well have driven through a muddy rainstorm. Got no dirt off car. Left spotted residue.

This is a well situated large gas station on the way to the CA-118 highway off of Topanga Blvd. I like to go here when I’m heading to work or out of town. I find its gas prices to be the most competitive around, so I’m telling you this is the one to go to if you live in the West Hills/Chatsworth part of NW Los Angeles city and county. The shop is also large, selling a good spread of stuff like any self-respecting quickie mart.

"If I could give more than five stars, I would. The Arco gas station is not just a pit stop, it's a lifesaver. The place is brimming with every condiment you could think of, and the snack aisle? Let's just say you'll want to break out into a 'happy dance'--it's that good. Need a charger? They've got a smorgasbord of options that make it seem like you're in an electronics store. Now, let's talk customer service. Fantastic doesn't even begin to cover it. Sai is the real MVP here. When I was in a bind, he went above and beyond to help me out. Seriously, give that guy a promotion. So the next time you think all gas stations are created equal, remember this Arco. It's the pit crew you never knew you needed.
