Im a truck driver so I stop here every now and then. They never have any hot food and the employee who works nights always looks upset when i walk in. I was just in there a few minutes ago and got a sandwich for 4.99 a bag of chips for 3.29 and a candy bar for 1.59 and a 20 pounce bottle of water. For 1.49 The clerks scans each item and tells me its 12.41. So i pay with my debit card. He then starts to give me the receipt but then pulls it back saying hey i didnt charge you for the water. I said are you sure? And he says yeah give me the water. I tolld him add up the charges it doesnt add up for a 5 dollar sandwich and 3.29 bag of chips and a 1.59 dont equal 12.41. He refused to listen or reason or even do simple quick mathematical calculation. So im not going to argue over a bottle of water even tho i paid for it. Well its always a depressing experience at this ampm at night bad employee and bad attitude

Since when does ampm lock their freezers at 11pm, then have customers go and unlock it themselves after showing ID. That's customer service at its lowest. I don't remember clocking in. Then when I ask the cashier about the matter, I get "you're sure damn right we do". I'll be sure to never stop here again, and if you're reading this review, make sure you save yourself the trouble. There's plenty of other places to get gas and alcohol nearby. I hope the owner of this gas station gets back to me after this review so I can clear the smoke.

I go inside my card got declined, I do it again it worked I put in my pin I pull out my card and it ask if I want them to charge me .35. I believe it's backwards. The PIN number came before that question. Please fix this machine or I will not be coming back.

Very rude lady. Her name is Beatriz. This is my first time visit and I was confused for pump number and she told outside and check the number. I will never ever come this station. And I told number 1 then came to put the gas but she dint not update and again I went to inside then she put in the system. Very Very Rude and bad service.

o.k. .... usually i write good reviews but their`t deserve that. came to the store last morning and went to the hot food stand while looking for the chicken sandwich 2 for $3. the sign was there but instead they put a rib sandwich that cost $4 each almost. i went to buy breakfast for my coworkers so this deal, supposedly, is awesome right? i asked from the cashier for help and she gave me attitude and send me there to wait for someone...... the guy past by me but continued to walk and looked over the shelfs while perfectly ignoring his surroundings. the same cashier came later on and asked me.... so "politely" and "gently" "with" a "big" "smile" ..... :o.k. , what do you want??? :0 :0 :0 i still did not knew what coming next. i asked about the sign and the product that is there instead the chckn sndwch and if it`s the same price. her answer is a question actually. she asked me if i don`t know english and if i can`t see or read. she started to point on the words of the rib sndwch and read it loudly while everyone next to us looked at us.... wanted to speak to a supervisor but got denied...asked the other cashier for a # to call their costumer service but got denied again!!!!!!!!! i was so humiliated and never such a thing happens to me before..... i wrote and shared to everyone i know and meet. just f.y.i. guy`s....do the math of people who think the chckn sndwch and the rib is in the same sale-price and pay with credit and pay $8 instead of $3 and don`t check their recits........ i wrote to the bbb over that matter and at some more web/media just because i hope.....i still hope.... that there is a manager over there that i can speak to of this and see how he can fix this.

Reason i choose am pm is cause the double burgers and the coffee ticket (5th coffee is free). This location never has either. Obviously its losing money. But when people spend their day driving, and choose an Am Pm location, they expect the traditional services. Bring those back, or change your franchise. This is confusing people and false advertising. Most will compromise cause we cant be picky when morning time is precious. Im taking my time to post this, because this isnt working well for the business, nor us the consumers.

Pump #1 was leaking gas, i went inside to ask to wash my hands they didn't wan me use the bathroom, they took me to the mop sink no soap or anything !! Really bad SERVICE

This is usually one of the cheapest locations for gas in the NW Valley. Getting a spot at a pump can be hard. Take 1st available pump, and pull nozzle over your car if its on the wrong side.
