When our 20-year-old Freeflow spa sprang two leaks, it was difficult finding a reliable, reputable service outfit. Some recommended by hottub dealers didn't even answer their phones. Others blew off appointments. But finding America Spa Services was the solution. It took a total of four visits over a period of two months, but Todd never failed to return a phone call and technician Sam was on time for each visit. The cost of repairs (including a new heater) was not low, but still came to less than 20 percent of the alternative, buying a new spa for about $5K or $6K. This is an outstanding company. I called American Spas for a repair, they said they have no repair department and they contract everything out (their website claims to be as the largest spa repair company in So Cal). They gave me the name of three local repairmen. One out of business, 2nd declined saying they only repair their own spas and the third does not return calls. You don't want to get involved with a spa that the company won't make repairs to. Hence, I would cross American Spas / Cal Spas (they are the same company) off hour list.

American Spa Services replaced my spa cover. The price was competitive and product was awesome! The tech (Sam) also provided great info on spa care and made a minor repair for me with no charge. I will be using them for any additional repairs and maintenance needs that I have moving forward.

My Jacuzzi 5 person hot tub had a major leak and an error code, I asked my pool tech from my work if he had any recommendations? he said American Spa Services was the best in the area. I called and spoke with Todd and he scheduled Sam to perform the service call. Sam arrived and was very nice and professional and was able to repair the leak and replaced the valve needed to remove the error code. I am very pleased with the service this company provided me, I highly recommend this company.

Second great experience with this company. Had a technician out by the name of Sam. He was very friendly and clearly highly skilled. He replaced my heating element. After install he found a pin hole in the casing. Unlike many technicians he showed great compassion for my inconvenience. He clearly takes pride in his work. Nothing is cheap nowadays but rest assured the job will be done right.

Sam and Charles did an amazing job. They were very honest and transparent about the work that needed to be done and saved us thousands. Other companies quoted us for significantly more stating that we needed to completely replace all the broken parts. Instead of replacing everything, Sam and Charles came and fixed all the parts and got our tub working great! Communication was great and the service all went smoothly! Highly recommend for all your hot tub and jacuzzi needs! Thank you Sam and Charles. You both are fantastic!

The random few bad reviews all seemed a little suspect to me so I went with all of the good ones on here and decided to give American spa services a try. I'm SO happy I did! Their price was better than the other two I tried getting quotes from and their service was AMAZING! Thank you Jesse for fixing my spa (super quick) and saving me money. I had just injured my hip and wanted to soak so bad - you guys are the best!!!

I shopped several others before I chose them. As advertised, this company delivers; no fuss, no delay, price as quoted, and Sam really knows what he's doing when he gets to your spa.

After calling 10 other companies that does not service my area. American Spa Services came with no hesitation. My tub was repaired quickly and the cost was reasonable.

Sam was great. He diagnosed the problem, provided a reasonable repair price, and made the repair very quickly. He saved us a ton of time and most importantly we can hop back in the hot tub!
