there was a suspicious car with driver inside idling outside for an hour. I called ACS and the driver pulled right up to the suspicious car and the car took off immediately!!

Sold to an out of state conglomerate a number of years ago, and quality of service fell off a cliff. Glad to transfer you to a call center in Pennsylvania. Do not trust what the salesmen tell you.
