Jennifer Harris was our travel agent and we are not happy with her. Intially, we didn't consent, and Jennifer took over our booking with information we provided only to inquire. We gave her the benefit of the doubt. I am not happy with this office. It has been two months since my family and I had traveled and we were promised an onboard credit but never received it. I had AAA take over our travel to take advantage of the onboard credit. I recently called the Chatsworth office and they said they are working on a resolution with the vendor and there is no ETA. It has been almost two months! I will never switch over my travel plans with the Chatsworth office again. Hands down worst customer service as the travel agent doesn't respond back to its customers. I have been with AAA for over 10+ years.

Walked in to get replacement license plates as ours were stolen off the car overnight. Deana processed everything for us - registration and new plates. We were in and out in less than an hour with new plates and registration in hand! Deana was super pleasant and made it such a painless experience.

AS A 39 YR MEMBER OF ROADSIDE SERVICES...AND FOR YRS AS THE CARRIER OF MY AUTO POLICY...I HAVE TO SAY...WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THEIR BILLING DEPT...HELEN KELLER??? TWICE I HAVE HAD 2 REQUEST THE 9 DAY GRACE PERIOD...& IT WAS DOCUMENTED, BUT THEN I WAS CHARGED ON MY NORMAL BILLING DAY...NOT SO HAPPY WAS THE BANK...NOW, MY PYMT WHICH WAS DUE SEVERAL DAYS AGO,...HAS STILL YET TO POST TO MY ACCOUNT....ITHIS IS TRULY MYSTIFYING TO ME.

Really good AAA center. Every staff member I have dealt with here has been efficient, helpful, and friendly in every department. Much better than other centers I have used.

You don't know what happenedBut unacceptable I'm a Premiere RV I've called and waited over 8 hours only to have nobody ever show upSimply the worst the one tow truck company is not contracted from my area I specifically told them don't give me them again what did they do with 7 times the same tow companyI will spread the word to all my friends family and everybody to get rid of their memberships they are useless everybody I've spoke to as no good thing to say about these company anymore

Horrible vacation package to deal with Jennifer Harris !They messed up all my trip , not only getting my room king bed they chose double queen beds! Also the plane seats with my baby , the chose Seperates seats. They didn’t do the proper work and I had an issue working withJennifer Harris

I love the services youngiys provide but this location (mall) seems to atract manu transient and drug users. I almost got into a head on collision in this mall where AAA is located. The driver was driving on the wrong side of the road driving while drunk or cracked out. His eyes were closed. OMG

This office is the WORST!!. The girls including the manager do not know what they are doing, causing repeated tri po s ,excessive time, and more money for fees , .which they go out of their way vf to search for. Ridiculous and incompetent...think they get bonuses for adding more money. Seriously.

I would never get insurance from this company. They tell you one thing then they change the terms without warning. The worst part of the bad experience is dealing with the unprofessional and condescending attitude from the manager josh shaunder. When I first arrived to the office another customer was complaining about him. He doesn't try to help but trys to talk down and doesn't listen to the issue. As a manager that should be priority number one customer service.
