My garage is out of commission for a few weeks or months. Contractor is doing demolition and reconstruction. I didn't want to park my car out on the street and find my catalytic converter stolen. So I looked around for local vehicle storage places. I called AAA Self Storage which is walking distance from my place. Robin was very helpful and accommodating! She was able to give me a great deal for 3 months while my garage is being worked on. Now I have peace of mind that my vehicle is stored indoors and safe from the elements and catalytic converter thieves. 5 stars!

I have used this facility for over 20 years during times of change. I have consistently found that the facility is safe, clean and the staff friendly. The current staff and management are a treasure. They are helpful, resourceful and alert. Again, the facility is consistently clean and free of any clutter or trash.

We have been using this storage facility for 10 years now. The facility is very nice and clean, the staff is very accommodating, you can drive right up to the unit (no need to climb stairs!), and most of all secure! I accidentally left something outside of my unit and was promptly notified that it had been secured and was waiting for when I returned. Very thankful for the service and peace of mind.

Overall, the staff is nice and the storage facility is convenient because it’s Has ground level drive up storage units. However, I’m only providing them with a two star review solely on the fact that they have zero understanding for other peoples situations even under extreme circumstances. At the end of the day this is a corporate environment and it now appears to lack the personal touch that I thought it had.I don’t think it’s necessary to share the specifics of my situation with them publicly, nor do I think they’re bad people, however, I do think they conduct bad business at the end of the day, and I really and truly wholeheartedly do not appreciate the lack of consideration or lack of allowing me to enter the premises past business hours, when I did nothing wrong beyond stay a few minutes pass closing as I was just trying to get my property into their secure facility as my facility had recently been burglarized and I was just trying to salvage what I had left.If you are looking for storage, they are not a bad option at all, and they do have decent prices and decent deals if you look online, however, at this time, I cannot rightfully provide them with anything beyond a 2 star review on all review platforms, which I will be posting in detail within a week,. I just paid my rent, and I tried to be considered a nice but they are unwilling to Grant any leniency to me under any circumstances as I’ve been told, hopefully the power of social media, and online presence will change their tune Otherwise, this will be the last month that I am their customer.I do wish them all the best. Thank you

Robin and Jesse have been great in all aspects of my renting a unit. They are very professional and courteous, completed the transaction in a quick and easy manner and explained everything in detail. They are both very pleasant to deal with.
