It is always an unpleasant experience coming here. I used to say hello but got tired of feeling embarrassed when i was met with a look of disgust and distrust. These people drop change into your hand and it splays all over the counter. Never have i been treated like a valued customer and if it weren’t for the convenience, I would never spend another dime here. It is the most unfriendly atmosphere I have ever been in at a 711.

5 stars for being clean and organized inside and out. How ever never fails when using my Visa card at the 7 eleven 2 days later they tried stealing my info… Please check the credit card reader it’s hacked DONT use it, use the ATM instead. We got thief’s here…

Honesty by far the worst 7-11. employees have a bad attitude. Never have had a good experience here, which sucks cuz it's the closest one to me. They don't honor coupons from the app. And they won't put up "out of 9rder" signs when they cut the air machine or offer refunds to those who already paid the machines. And people have been complaining for about a year about the staff, and yet they're still there

This is the worst 7-eleven. I will never go here ever again. You need new employees that don't lie to customers and that can actually answer questions when being asked.

I wish I can give a review without any stars. I had the worst experience at this location. I went to get gas and one person was changing the trash and he did not acknowledge me or smile so I parked in a way that I will not block him and I still can get gas. This is a very small space to put gas and two cars can barely fit in. Very poorly built. I was out of my car and this vehicle behind me started honking and screaming at me asking me to move my car while I was already there and trying to get gas. I just wanted to get gas and get to an appointment. She harassed and assaulted me by gracing the gas nozzle and throwing on the floor. This happened when I asked her to just wait her turn or use a different spot that’s available. She could have moved a little and parked since there was still space. She was using profanity while I was astonished and trying to process what’s going on. The employee who was changing the trash was right next to me but he quickly went inside. Then after a few mins he comes out again yet completely ignoring me and the situation when I asked are you going to just stand there while this woman is insulting of something you could have stoped to de-escalate it, while she was still going at it after I parked again moving my car for her to put gas. This guy did nothing. Said nothing. No acknowledgment. He didn’t even make eye contact with me or that woman. And he ran away to his little cave of a 7 eleven. I was utterly disappointed and felt so unsafe. My personal space was invaded when that woman came at me. The owners didn’t care. Even after I was done getting gas no one came out to even ask if I’m ok. What a horrible management. If you wanna get gas I suggest you go to a safer place ! They’re very rude, impolite and disrespectful to the highest level. I have worked in customer service too but I will always stand up politely and make sure the person is ok. It’s called common decency. That’s what you call being human.
This is the worst 7 eleven ever!! Do not recommend at all. Don’t waste your money or time to support this establishment.

Third time trying to go to this 7-Eleven. It's 245am on 3/23 and no one to be found working. I've sent an email to 7-Eleven corporate with no response. Shameful.

No restrooms, there is only one person at the register even if it gets busy. Some food doesn't have a date when it was produced.

This 711 is the worst. 711s are supposed to be open 24/7, but this is not true here. The guy can be seen talking on the phone and just standing around. They also have and attitude and poor understandings of greeting and thank yous. They smell horrible and try to rip you off during every cash transaction.I love the 711 on Corbin and Parthenia. Worth the extra drive.
