Not very often can professional and artistic be used to describe the same vendor, but those two words can without a doubt sum up my experience with White Lotus Flowers in Cerritos. I called recently to have some orchids sent to a relative. I not only found the owner to be knowledgeable about what was available but also skilled in presenting the options to me in a way that encompassed prices, colors, and add on’s. Then came the actual product that was delivered to my Auntie - it was a SHOW STOPPER! The arrangement was far from just a plant in a pot, it was a testament to their passion to create beauty. If you have someone you want to feel loved and special I would not hesitate to call White Lotus Florist.

Was a beautiful bouquet and they were very professional. They are very reasonably priced compared to other places. Will definitely be going back.

Ordered flowers pretty late for my MIL for valentines. I placed my order Feb 13 at 10/11ish pm so I would've understood if they didn't accept my order. However, they accepted it so I was glad. Probably the only reason for the 2stars lol On the day of delivery, they messaged me saying they ran out of my original bouquet order and gave me choices which I said no to cause they look like they're about to wilt. Eventually I found one that I liked and said "the yellow bouquet is fine" however I asked for more photos first because I wanted to see it up close as I was skeptical about it. I was already considering cancelling my order altogether and asking for a refund. However, they stopped replying. Suddenly I got a message from my MIL saying thank you for the bouquet as she had already received it. They sent the flowers without even completely confirming with me. Paid $120 for a nice bouquet got something that looked sad and just didn't look like the picture that was sent to me. They even said the replacement is more expensive than my original order which in all honesty, might be an exaggeration on their part cause what we received didn't look like it was worth more than $120. I understand I should've ordered earlier, that was my mistake, but next time don't bite more than you can chew. Don't accept orders if you're unsure about your inventory and if you're gonna replace an order, at least put a little effort in confirming first.

Nondra has had this spot longer than I have been alive, and I wish more people would come here and support her business! They asked what my budget was for a bouquet and what colors I would like and helped me a ton! Such quality arrangements and they are all so kind and willing to help you. I had no idea what i wanted, but they accommodated with helping me choose what would look good with what. They are all such lights and deserve so much business!

I just placed an order last min for same day delivery. Was worried about the quality for ordering so late, but they arrived very well on time and the flowers were very fresh and beautiful. Prices are reasonable and the customer service was great. They were super friendly and called me twice because I forgot to add a name to my card and to confirm the delivery. Will definitely order from them again.

We love to support this local florist because they have fresh, beautiful flowers and they are able to make beautiful bouquets when I give them a budget. I always make sure to call and give them a budget and colors and they have it ready that day for pickup. So friendly and always willing to help customize bouquets and leis as needed.

For over 10 years, I have been using White Lotus to create custom arrangements for my employees on their birthdays. When I say custom, I mean one of a kind spectacular works of art. Nondra is a true Master of Floral Design. She has a wide selection of decorative vases and containers but she was always elated when I would challenge her and bring in my own unique specially picked container. This allowed me to tailor my flower gift to the specific interests and unique characteristics of each employee that received one of Nondra's TREASURES. Use your imagination and spend some time at Hobby Lobby. They have a huge selection of decorative items that could be used as a container to house one of Nondra's beautiful creations.
