8 employees and only two working with costumers, one on the window and one at the desk, the rest of them either counting money or typing something on the computer, they're trying to do everything online and pushing you to do it at the ATM since I'm a sever I can't deposit too many cash at the atm cuz it will take me forever you need appointment for Avery thing and at the window there's not much you can do.

Terrible place. Understaffed and it's been mentioned to them multiple times and the skinny dude just smiles and says "it's busy this time of the month" when I go multiple times through the month. The lady that sits behind the tellers sees the huge line and upset customers yet she sits downs and decides not to help her workers? What a waste of labor and money with that employee. Please do something about this or else our company will use a different bank service.

This 1 star is for the Corporation... not the employees here. They are nothing but kind and professional.Clearly they are understaffed here. 10 people in line every time I come. The average time in line to a teller is 20-30minutes. My guess is people won't work here because they pay less than welfare. Wells Fargo paid CEO Charlie Scharf $24.5 million for 2021.. maybe you could take away 5 million, pay your true employees better and hire more workers. I've been a customer since 1986 and stay only because of the difficulties in changing auto payments. Wells Fargo needs to get its act together!

WORSE SERVICE IN HISTORY. They are extremely rude Don't acknowledge the customer even though I was waiting for 20 min in lobby. The free banker was also rude and disregarded my wait time Unbelievable Especially since I have been a customer for over 20 years AND i previously worked at this branch. Things have changed for the worse

Customer service is horrible. They Never have enough help. Lines are always super long. They should hired more tellers to help all the people. At least the manager should jump in to help.

Wells Fargo in general is horrible. Came into this bank on a Friday and they only had 2 tellers working on a Friday. The line was out the door and only 2 tellers. They have got to get better customer service . I want to pull my accounts !!!!

Most cashiers look at each other than help us clients out. And they ask a thousand questions while helping someone. they move very slow, and look like zombies

This bank used to be very friendly and staffs were warm and helpful. However, it has been changed now. I understand they are under a lot new rules and restrictions due to Covid, such as social distance, and limiting number of customers inside of the branch. But those policies should not change or affect the friendly services that staffs used to provide. I will recommend the branch manager looking into their level of their customer service and comparing to the standard they are setting up for themselves. For now, I will take my business to another bank.

Just opened a business account, this will be our third with Wells. Adolfo is the guy you want when opening an account. He is super knowledgeable and does not push needless products. We haven't always had as good luck with other business specialists here. We will call and schedule a meeting with Adolfo and he has never let us down. Wells Fargo he is your saving grace!!

Yet again. I must put a star to review, but Wells Fargo, gets zero stars for their Premier Banker Specialist. Kayla Martinez, please go to a job where you are happy to help your customers and not show that we interrupted your morning. Clearly being a banker isn't for you.

Just seen a video of a gentleman trying to open an account and the employees denied him and gave him no reason. Last I remember when I opened my account I was not asked any of these stupid questions he was asked. I will no longer be banking with Well Fargo . Closing my accounts on Tuesday after banking with them for 5 years . I hate racism!!!!! The two employees handled that situation very poorly, they need to be fired.

I just watched a video clip of a man trying to open a bank account and was denied, when asked what the reason was they could not give him a solid reason. They did say "not enough info" but not once did they tell him what more info they would need instead they said they can deny persons! Go watch and you be the judge @_silver1_ I will not bank with wells fargo these 2 need to be fired customer service professionalism POOR!

I've had a business account with this branch for 3 weeks and have already had 2 problems with them. The tellers are nice but the management is subpar. I would still recommend Wells but am planning to use a different branch as my base and would recommend anyone opening up a new personal or business account to try a different branch.
