Honesty is the best policy! I gave five stars when ten stars is more appropriate. Visited Watch Works to have Invicta silicone bands replaced with stainless steel bands, and watches sized. Not every jeweler works on an Invicta watch because you have to have patience. They did a "fantastic job" with my watches and charged a fair price. If you have a watch that needs service, bring it to Watch Works. Why? This jeweler cares about their customers, trustworthy, pays attention to detail, and provides the highest level of professionalism: Trust Me!

I have been working with Nick for a few years now. He is awesome and extremely knowledgeable. I have bought a couple of used Rolexs from him and every time it was a smooth process. I love just stopping buy and talking about watches with him. If you want a watch of any type, give him a call. He will do right by you.

Very nice employees. I definitely recommend them for watch sizing or to swap out watch bands. They have the correct tools to do the job to prevent any scratches to your watch.

I found them on Yelp, figure give them a try. Took 4 of my GF's Watches there for Battery replacement. Very friendly environment, and the Lady was done replacing all of the Batteries in 8 minutes! I waited and cruised their Showroom, a lot of Watches I can't possibly afford, lol. 1 year warranty on the install, couldn't be happier with the experience. Parking could be a bit problematic, but these Folks are worth a little walk. Awesome experience.

A fantastic selection of new and used watches. Many of the hard to get models he had in stock. I went in to have a watch adjusted and get a battery and another and I walked out with a brand new Seiko samurai. Great customer service!

Excellent selection of watches, and excellent customer service. I wanted to buy a watch from a specialty establishment because I wanted to buy from professionals who were knowledgeable about watches and who sold quality items. Upon entrance, I was helped by very friendly and kind people. I love my new watch! :D

I have 18 years or doing business with Nick and his staff. Their prices for new and used watches are always good and battery rates are fair. They have professionals doing the work and never worry about things being less than perfect.

Thank you to Nick for taking care of resizing my engagement ring. Not only did they resize it perfectly, they also smoothed out little scuffs on the band so it was pristine. Wonderful and classy customer service, that is the same price as Dept. Stores but finished in 4 days instead of 3 weeks! Highly recommend coming here for quality work.

I highly recommend Watch Works for anyone needing a battery replacement. The price range is great and very affordable. I was done in 20 minutes with 2 watches being serviced. Customer service was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I would definitely be back again!!!
