.So my wife and I went to Walmart cerritos today to get a couple of things. I needed shavers so inhad to go to some section to get them....they are $2.18 each....cheapest item on the shelf. I wanted to pay for them up front...instead of back in that section...here I am 59 years old...and they treat me like a common criminal...they have to put them in a plastic locked box...then I can take them to the front...how stupid is that...wait...how stupid is Corporate and managment...it's brainless...u punish everyone...yet u don't punish the theives....u treat people as they are bad guys....anyhow...for shavers? Why aren't u locking up $2.99 candy bars....how stupid this is now....they lock up $2.18 shavers in a plastic box...what a bunch of....I can't say...just take a close look at the picture I attached and u see stupidy.

They sell frozen siopao and lumpia. Never in my life would I have imagined Walmart carrying these products. The end.

It's a very nice environment, great atmosphere, good customer service. And they have alot of items that are not at other Walmart locations.

I shopped at Walmart on 6/27/24. I purchased 2 cases of 28 bottles of water. I can't lift the water to put in my car. I asked staff for carry out. No one would help me. I waited for a while. I am 76 years old with 2 bad knees. I finally went to get a refund and the lady at the refund counter helped me.Those people were so rude and disrespectful
I could not believe it

Nearly everyone who works here is rude and unreasonable in any given situation where a customer needs even the bare minimum of assistance. I’ve been frequenting this location for years and nothing has changed where customer service is concerned. I would rather inconvenience myself by going somewhere further away or more expensive than routinely be subjected to the way this location is run.

This location is massive and relatively clean which makes it one of my favorite locations to visit. Prices are cheap. But I wish they would stock beatbox beverages here like they do in the Midwest. I've seen some massive builds and would be convenient to purchase from here.

Excellent Walmart supercenter lots of associates staff members all over the floor restrooms were extremely clean whole store was extremely clean I have been to a lot of Walmarts all over the United States this is by far one of the best ones I've ever walked into a lot of Walmarts have no staff to help you check out now they depend on everybody to use self-checkout not here lots of staff members helping you check out at the registers

Whoever your “secret “ shopper is needs to be more discreet . Not very “secret “ at all actually pretty damn obvious he’s following you around . He put me out because I asked to charge my phone ? Really ? This store is lame and way too over crowded . They pick who they want to stalk throughout the store it’s profiling . That’s why I used the one they have outside . I have to ride the bus home and I need my phone on and active everyone is not out to “steal from Walmart “ . It’s ridiculous . Meanwhile the real thieves are getting away. Really lame if you ask me
