The young Asian woman talks down to people. She had smacked my package several times telling me to "go to ups. the place with the brown track..over the hill". My package had a delicate item in it! Come correct and leave your bxtchy attitude at home or in the car!! You don't talk to people like that! And be more respectful with their items!! If you don't want to be there then quit so USPS can replace you with someone much better and who actually wants to work!

Do not come here!
I've been here twice and each time the wait has been over 20 minutes and their self service machine doesn't work properly.
They only have one person working with the customers with a line out the door.

This message is to ALL POST OFFICE!.put the mail in the right mail box!!! House or apartment.pay attention to what your all doing!!!…contact other post office.tell them all.or else we will have a big problem!!!..you or other put my damn mail in the wrong box!!!..I’ll find out who!!! I promise!!!

The asian lady named CHRISTINA is so rude and bratty, she handles packages with uncare attitude, I cant even send my packages properly with her unlike other post office stores that offer better services. Out of all the USPS stores, this has got to be the most grumpiest workers ive been to. Christina cant even say things nicely to me and professionally and always have b-tchy attitude. Not only that, the old white lady is also rude and thinks shes always right. Miss, I've been shipping at USPS stores for over 8 years and I've never seen such rude staff. Must be so miserable working there huh? Well GOOD LUCK. Never going there again.

I recently took a package to be shipped and I received excellent customer service from the young lady at the counter. I did however overhear an older lady working there being really rude to a customer. The customer asked the lady a question and she talked down to him and raised her voice. This was not her first time, whenever I go to this location I always hear the same older lady being rude to someone. Luckily I've gotten helped by another person working at the counter every time I've visited, and received amazing service. I just dread one day getting helped by her.

They took away the mail box outside that we used to drop off our mails without leaving our cars. So, now we have to park our cars and go inside standing in a long line waiting for 2 old post office workers to help us.

Sooo Rude I see the guy in the back about to open as I walk in at 8:01a. He shuts the lights off as if I walk in to the little area outside the door. He is very clearly there in the photos that are one minute apart I might add, the lights are on and then off.. what is going on??? Why are you hiding from work? I clearly saw you come from behind the wall and then duck back behind it as if you’re scared to start working. It’s Saturday and your business is OPEN please respect my time and don’t play games with customers. Us customers are why you even have a job at all.

This 5-star review is for one person only, and that is Delbert, the gentleman with the long beard! My husband and I have a lot of packages to send out every week. I usually print our shipping labels online, but occasionally we need help with an address. Delbert has always helped us to get our packages to the correct address, with a 100% success rate!Also, in 2017, my brother and my sister-in-law were hiking the Pacific Crest Trail, and they had me send them supply packages to certain checkpoints along the trail for a couple of months. Again, Delbert helped me with a few of the addresses to those checkpoints! It was crucial that these supply packages got to them. Some of the addresses were a little peculiar, but with Delbert's help, every single one got to its trail checkpoint before my brother and sister-in-law arrived!Delbert is always kind and friendly, and a champion at what he does! He has been helping us for at least 15 years now! My husband and I appreciate his help so much!

The Cerritos Post Office has great service ! I had to ship a package to my mother in law and it was a smooth pleasant experience. This is not my usually post office location, so I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly and competent service !

This is for the guy with the long white beard! Always super friendly and helpful when I go here. And he has no idea how much his kindness is appreciated. I don't send stuff often so I don't always know what I'm doing, and other USPS offices would normally be very condescending/rude once I got to the front. You'd expect that from any government-owned place, but it doesn't mean it's okay. Although I understand there can be a long wait, it takes seconds to answer questions and prevent confusion in the future. I just think this guy should be acknowledged. If we had more people like him, the world would be a lot less grumpy.Thank you guy with the long white beard!

Once upon a time, this Faerie Queen needed to send a package to her friends in far off lands. The employees were helpful and funny! They offer some cards and packaging items to help (i.e soft pack envelopes). Overall, the experience was easy and quick. The end.
