I easily made a reservation on the website, called & confirmed I could come in earlier. Met two personable & friendly ladies one of whom was Tiffani. She offered to show me the unit, I 1st declined but Tiffani looked at me like you sure & I (thankfully) decided to check it out. I needed one 2x bigger for sure! She made the whole process smooth & we were quickly finished. So appreciate the respectful, kind, helpful & friendly attitudes of everyone I met as you cannot always expect this nowadays

If you’re looking for a super safe storage facility with a wonderful staff then US Storage in Cerritos is the place for you. My family and I had a very unexpected cross country move and we needed to find a place last minute (without being able to visit first) that could fit 3 rooms of furniture. Daisy helped us from start to finish and put us at ease that our stuff was going to be well taken care of. She got us an amazing deal, and when we unexpectedly needed a second unit she was able to quickly help us with that. Her kindness, as well as her professionalism ensured that we had a wonderful experience despite all of the stress from the move. We’ve also had a family member who rented here previously and also had a wonderful experience with the staff as well. The employees are highly vigilant which helps make us feel at ease. Thank you US Storage Cerritos & Daisy!
