First time shopping here and the process was so easy and simple. Had to come in and try the Airism shirts bc I'm overweight and the models online aren't that good of reference for me. But I normally use L and the Airism Oversized crew neck shirt was perfect for me. Gave me extra belly room! As for the long sleeves I did have to go up a size. Wish they had the Airism shirts in normal styles too! Love the feeling of the shirts! Wouldn't buy the shirts full price though, I would wait for sales. Will definitely come back.

Love Uniqlo for it's simplicity, versatility, quality and affordability. I just really wish employees are better trained to communicate with their patrons. It's understandable that it gets busy at times and can be overwhelming to the staff but if the sales associate can just talk and ask the clients what they need then it can shorten the wait and transaction. Was in the store to pick up a complimentary alteration of pants. Informed an associate of my business I was told to wait in line, and did patiently as he was assisting a customer for purchase just as the other staff is directing self check out customer. As the transaction was completed with the former employee he just stepped out of the counter without a word, for whatever reason. The latter employee saw how this incident made me upset as I followed the tracks of his colleague. He then asked me to move to the other line and I clearly explained I was only to pick up an alteration. Then he replied I could just have went to the back to claim my item. Out of my disgust of the u professionalism displayed by this employees, I stated that they should just have directed me to the pick up area instead of waiting for an unreasonable 15 minutes. Not a good experience especially it's not a busy hour.

I always shop here and today was the last time. I bought a couple of shirts around 2 months ago and I didn't know there were oversized. I came in and asked if I could I exchange them they have the tags and never been worn. The person told me let me tell a a manger so pick the correct sizes. I hear them laughing at my situation. I have another exchange and I'm so mad so I just asked for a return. They told me I've to go back to the original store where I got it from. This location is a joke

Went here to get the viral uniqlo bag, and really liked it. It's so organized and they offer multiple basics so if you ever want to start fresh or a new closet, probably check out this place first then accessorize afterwards.They have self-chekout registers too, which I always appreciate.

I like the simplicity of this store. They stay up to date with "safe" trends. You can always find a nice button up, great trousers, jacket, graphic tee, and socks of various colors. My low review is mostly to do with the experience I've had at this store. The employees aren't friendly and even when I have asked for help they delegated for me to do it myself. I needed help returning a couple of items and they had me figure it out myself on the kiosk. When you come into this store don't expect help like other stores who price relatedly the same.

Split down the middle rating for me. The workers on the floor are usually extremely friendly, but the folks behind the cashier counter are dismissive and visibly uninterested in being there. Return policy is iffy, as others have noted. I wanted to return a white shirt that was much more see-through than I wanted and also too big. They had the same shirt in a different color but the price increased since I bought m Ii be and I had to pay the difference.

Absolutely insane return policy. Has to be returned to the same store in order to get a refund, despite the website saying you can return anywhere within the same country. From the looks of the other reviews, UNIQLO should correct this policy ASAP. A lot of angry customers.

If u buy from another location be sure ur able to return it at that location. Their policy even though it’s the same stores you must return to same or exchange at the same store . Absolutely FN ridiculous. Never again

Awful return policy. Employees are nice but manager Kimberly finds a reason why they cannot be returned, tags not attached to clothes, and sticks to it not even offering an exchange.l I'll be going to the other location more.

So if I buy at a certain location I have to return it to that actual store or I can only do exchange??? Who effing thought of that policy? Well Tanks Uniqlo but this is the ladt time I make a purchase at your company.
