We love Uniqlo. The clothing from this brand is always great warm light and breathable. Most of the sports clothes is unisex so the variety is big. In this location they can have cleaner fitting rooms but the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

It takes forever to get your refund once you return an unused item. In addition, you will be charged $7 for shipping label fee. This is by far below par on many shopping sites like amazon, macys, kohls, etc. etc. This company is too greedy for their own good.

Understanding the uniqueness of UNIQLO!!! This is a unique store. Well organized, well maintained, well designed, well stocked and friendly. Upon entering, was greeted warmly. However, looking around you're surrounded by refreshing styles that makes you feel safe and peaceful. The displays of the clothes helps you to visualize the appealing clean styles that make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Impressed by the amount of inventory. The sales associates were constantly stocking while offering assistance or acknowledging that you were there. Clean and neat and wide aisles. Now, the prices are moderate, however, I took the time to read how the clothes are made to last and designed to be a core of your wardrobe. Use of technology is impressive and shows the importance of being a company versed and a leader in sustainability. Also, you will notice that sizes are universal: XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL. The designs of the clothes are contemporary and are pretty much the "off the rack" type of clothes. It's to exemplify the comfort and ease of wearing clothes that's for you, not for anyone else. There's no "look at me" designs. But, designs that say, that person looks clean and casual and well put together. FYI: they do have an alterations department. Checking out is mind blowing!!! Technology at its best to make the experience better and fun. Just place ALL of your booty into the bin, follow the prompts, scan your membership barcode, tap your payment and away you go. WOW!!! TIP: If your first time, suggest downloading the app and sign up to get a bonus coupon.

I often come to this shop and the employees are always super hospitable and helpful when it comes to their knowledge of items and knowing where everything is. My mom received a shirt from here for Christmas and it was the wrong size, so she planned on exchanging it for a different sized shirt. She presented the shirt without a receipt and also about a month after Christmas and they still let her exchange it, for even a different color. The whole process was so effortless and easy. We will definitely be back!

I don't usually care whether store associates greet me or even acknowledge me at all, but the people who work at this Uniqlo are so friendly and helpful! It kind of does make shopping a bit more nice. I don't think I've ever had a more pleasant Uniqlo experience. Besides the great service, this Uniqlo, like all Uniqlo stores, is exceedingly clean and organized. There are associates everywhere folding things and arranging things. Even the try-on room was neat. I was able to find what I wanted easily (HeatTech everything always for life), and I even found a couple of new things that I didn't know existed. (And I happen to be wearing one of those things right now as I type!) Check out is easy. You can use the self-check out kiosks, which are kind of technologically advanced in that you place all of your items in a bin, and the computer calculates all of your items for you! It somehow magically knows what and how many you are buying. But there are also people at the register to help in case you don't want to check out that way (or in case you're paying with cash).

The Mall was nice and clean and a lot of stores. Uniqlo had a good selection of the particular item I was shopping for. Check out was easy.

the moment my mom and i walked in their loss prevention lady (who i presume was following us without anyone interfering) WOULD NOT STOP TRAILING BEHIND. it was so uncomfortable. My mom and I bought our stuff and left so fast it was the worst shopping experience we ever had

First time shopping here and the process was so easy and simple. Had to come in and try the Airism shirts bc I'm overweight and the models online aren't that good of reference for me. But I normally use L and the Airism Oversized crew neck shirt was perfect for me. Gave me extra belly room! As for the long sleeves I did have to go up a size. Wish they had the Airism shirts in normal styles too! Love the feeling of the shirts! Wouldn't buy the shirts full price though, I would wait for sales. Will definitely come back.
