Made an order online so I could do a curb side pick up. I made sure everything was In stock at that store before I submitted the order, not even 5 minutes after I submitted I received an email that half my order was not available and my refund would be received in 5 -7 days. So annoying. Then at the bottom of the email it said if I paid with a gift card I would have to go instore to receive my refund (which I did) extra annoying. When I drove to Home Depot and parked it said my pick up had been delivered! So I was then forced to go inside to figure out the situation, it was all a mix up but true whole thing was very inconvenient. Over all the situation was a disaster, they couldn't load my refund back into the original gift card so now I have two different gift cards. The person who attended me was nice enough, and it wasn't her fault and for that I won't give them one star. I will never return to this location though.

This review is to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent purchase and subsequent delivery service associated with my appliance order from Home Depot. The entire experience has been profoundly frustrating, leaving me with a significantly negative impression of Home Depot's service. Approximately four weeks ago, I entered into a transaction with Home Depot, investing nearly $5000 in the purchase of three major appliances, with eager anticipation for their timely delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery process was marked by a series of mishaps, primarily attributable to the either Home Depot or the delivery company contracted by Home Depot. Regrettably, either Home Depot or the delivery company failed to confirm the delivery window or address, a courtesy I expected given the substantial value of my purchase. Shockingly, there was a complete lack of communication, and instead, I received an abrupt notification canceling my delivery. This lack of accountability and communication is wholly unacceptable, especially considering the substantial investment and the importance of the essential household items involved. It is disheartening to witness Home Depot partnering with vendors who do not prioritize customer satisfaction or uphold the standards expected from a reputable company. The inconvenience caused is beyond measure. In addition to the disruption to my plans, the lack of communication led to the considerable inconvenience of moving all our perishable food items out of our old refrigerator in anticipation of the new one's arrival. To make matters worse, after finally receiving the appliance delivery, while installing the stove and refrigerator, the delivery personnel damaged the kitchen cabinets by propping one of the new refrigerator doors on it, leaving an almost foot and a half scratch on the cabinet. There is also paint damage on the kitchen entryway and another cabinet adjacent to the kitchen entry. I am not only disappointed but also deeply frustrated with the level of service I have received in this matter. Getting in touch with someone knowledgeable on the Home Depot customer service line can be quite frustrating. The claim processing faced delays when the employee handling it sent it to the wrong supervisor. Now, with Sedgwick, the resolution process has been notably unresponsive.

Customer services suck been standing machine isle for 15 mins two employees said someone would come to help n another pass me by with a customer n i was just trying to ask a questionnaire basically told me i had to wait i couldn't ask him cuz he was with a customer already .... 2 middle fingers homedepot (zero star u suck today)

Home Depot is far and away the top retailer for the DIY individual seeking to same money by performing Home improvement jobs by themselves. Their television advertisements boldly reflect helpful "sales professionals" assisting shoppers to locate products and even give helpful advice to boot. Apparently this type sales associate training has escaped those working at the Cerritos California store. If you are not intimately familiar with all the merchandise and its location in this store, you are S.O.L! The people working there seem to go out of their way to avoid even making eye contact with you for fear of being asked for their help. I've seen NFL running backs that don't have to avoidance skills of these employees. I sorely recommend that you seek the store managers "advice" on how to get assistance in this store before wasting your time with direct interaction with the on floor personnel. Or, do what I ended up doing... go straight to Amazon and have the stuff sent right to your door!

Horrible customer service. Before I started looking for the exchange items, I talked the staff about the promotion I got from the currently receipt, also reason why I have to make the exchanges , they agreed to let me get the other material. When I came back, the staff called Sylvia Lopez - the operations assistant store manager, instead of asking me for more details, she looked at me very rude like I tried to take the advantage from them. Then she stayed from other side of the counter staring at me and talking to the other staff make me feel like I was doing the bad thing in their store. When I asked to help loading the tiles for return, they pretended like they would do something then they ignored me and let me wait there until I couldn't wait anymore and did it alone. Thank you Home Depot, I had heard the complaints from friends, neighbors and today I also have my own terrible experience at this location. Your customer service make me feel way better to go to Lowe's or the other store even my house is just a few blocks away.

Went in yesterday to get a new set of washer and dryer. Since ours finally gave up . Shopped around and was greeted by Steve . Whom was very knowledgeable and quick to answer our questions thoroughly. He helped us pick out the best fit for us . And taught us a lot of things as young adults we don't realize when using washers and dryers. Gave us tips and things we can use to help us out. We left very happy and satisfied. Would totally recommend.

I've been to many home depots many times. This one has the best customer service. People who work there really make an effort to help you find exactly what you need. Always pleasant.

Barbara is the best worker at garden at home depot she knows how to help everyone and she also speaks Spanish so it's a plus most people don't like helping us Spanish speakers.

Came to do the kids work shop and I can't believe how rude the workers were even the person behind me in line was like I've came 3x to ask for help and you were rude to me each time what is the problem and the workers response was that they're rude to everyone. Definitely won't come back for the kids work shop 0/10

Kevin is the best employee. Always smiles. Today I went to Home Depot Cerritos CA and I was looking some stuff to buy. Accidentally I left my wallet on the desk and forgot to take it. He came to me and handed to me my wallet with my ID, Credit card and money! Thank you Thank you Thank you Kevin! Deserves promotion..

Came in just to grab some plant food for my plants 2 facing 19.97 I get to register 20.97 I told the cashier the price was different she proceeded to tell me to go take a picture so i do . Get back and show cashier when she proceeded to examine to picture. Really great customer service. NOT !!!!

This Home Depot is the worst. Don't come here. Customer Service is horrible. They ignore you. They just stare at you. Don't offer to help. Then only one person comes to help the long line of people whiles there is 3 others in behind the counter.

I came her to get some paint for my kitchen. When it comes to home repairs, decorating I am out of my comfort zone. Shout out to Andrew in the paint department who helped me. Andrew was very friendly, patient since I wasn't sure what paint to buy or what color. He gave me recommendations, answered my questions and mixed my paint. His customer service was fantastic. I appreciate your help Andrew, you deserve recognition.

There's people everywhere, but customer service is horrible. I used a gift card from an item that my wife had returned not too long ago. They refused to let me use it because they scanned her drivers license. The stupid thing is that I was the one who paid for this, but did not have the opportunity to go back to return the item. Absolutely horrible policy. And those supervisors at customer service have no brains to make decent judgment calls. LeBron seems to be getting weaker and now I see why.
