We've been using Triton for our taxes for about four years now, and we haven't run into a single problem. They make doing your taxes something that you no longer need to worry about. Thank you Phil! This year I needed help filing my taxes for two reasons: 1. the IRS told me I had made a mistake and I would not be getting a refund and 2. knowing I had made a mistake made me nervous about doing my son's taxes as I had previously done in years past. When I contacted Triton Tax Phil got back to me quickly and was super personable and knew his stuff. He was able to file my son's taxes easily and then helped me sort out my mess with the IRS and my mistake. He had excellent communication, was very knowledgable and patient. I know he was super busy as it was two weeks before April 15th and yet he still took the time to always get back to me and answer my questions. I appreciate his kindness and will be using Triton Tax Group in the future.

It's almost the 18th and I'm so lucky I called Triton. I just got off the phone with Phil. He was helpful, clear, and nice. What a relief it was to find someone so close to the deadline that was willing to fit me in and give good costumer service. Once I finish this review I'll be able to email all my documents to Phil and finish the process virtually. Gas prices are so high so it's an additional plus that I'll be able to file my taxes without having to drive over.

Inquired and a nice guy named Phillip contacted me over the phone and spent his time thorougly explaining possibilities regarding our tax situation. I ended up utilizing a closer tax place but i appreciate his time and effort. Someone as patient as him without guaranteed paid service is a sign of a great customer service. Thanks, Phil!

After doing my own taxes for 40 years I looked for a tax preparer to take over the job. I found Phil and Melissa at Triton Tax group. They are very responsive and thorough and handle everything needed to prepare and file a tax return. They have prepared my taxes for 2 years now and I will be back again next year.
