Had a terrible phone call from Martha; she called to ask me when I would make a payment and was somehow unaware/did not search in her system to see my payment was made. She lacked de-escalation training and only continued to repeat words to me that did not apply to me because I have made my payments every month. Long story short, she would not adhere to my request to speak with a supervisor when I asked multiples times. After speaking with Lou, it was blatantly obvious why she has job longevity at Time Finance. For years Lou has been my only point of contact and she is clearly the reason why so many customers have continued to purchase cars/car loans. She reassured me that my payment plan was still valid (which was my argument with Martha). COMMUNICATION is important in any job role where the employee has to speak with the public. Lou has amazing communication skills and understands part of communication is actively LISTENING. Lou if you need any recommendations from past customers in your career, I am more than happy to write a letter! 5/5 those stars are for you!

i am grateful of this finance for working with me and my family. family comes comes first. and i feel this finance company is a premium example of the times we're in. just being responsible with the times we're in. really realty really! my family is grateful for time finance in cerritos. specifically...lou, is what makes this company a godsend. she has always been awesome all theses years. thank you lou!!!!

I came here to get a lien satisfied letter for a car I got over the weekend. I thought it was going to be an issue because of all the 1 star reviews I read. Walked in and the lady in the front named Ashley was very helpful. I gave her all the paperwork I had she reviewed and helped me out in less than 10 minutes I walked out with a Lien satisfied letter. Thank you!

If I could give the company a zero I would. Do your research before getting vehicles from these company. It’s one of the worse company’s ever and there cars are horrible I haven’t even had the car for a year and the cats are bad already. I wish I did my research first. Beside the customer service is even worse Pricilla horrible human has been nothing but threatening. Say she can take the vehicle just like that.

Anywhere else. Choose anywhere else. Unprofessional and not helpful. They didnt even know i was on my last payment and they tried to charge me a full monthly payment when the balance was lower than that.

As of rn i have had no issues with this company, the one time I called to receive a new payment link text they assisted me in less than 5 minutes. Ik how much my monthly is and I pay it on time every month, I've had no issues.

Don't even rate the one star I had to push to post this. Negative 1000% how this company is still going is beyond me. I am getting an attorney. They have the worse WORSE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE. I wish I could walk into that place and speak to these woman IN PERSON to see if that tone was still there! They have illegally repoed my car! They are a scam and over charged me to get it back I ended up Paying way more than I even owed. Mary Lou and Martha are the fckn worse. Even up to management nobody there knows how to speak properly. Everyone just wants to yell. By far the WORSE company ever! Even if it's your last option DONT DO IT! I can't even put into words how horrible this company and EVERY REPRESENTATIVE there is!!! On another realm karma to these ladies. I'm already smiling for it. Zero customer service. Zerooooooo good things about this company. But they will not get away with this bullshit for much longer!

These has been one of the worst finance company’s ever don’t do business with them. Worst customer service and management. Pricilla is a horrible person not willing to help and always threatening. All they want is your money even when their vehicles have issues so on top of pay off the vehicle you have to also pay for labor because there vehicles are no good. I will never be doing business with them and neither should anyone else .

Don't know why such a low rating been with them for a year now with auto payments only time in the beginning is that my full coverage was low enough so changed it to what they said only cost me 8 dollars extra a month times I called they answered my question to the point they always said thank you I guess other people have problems either don't pay on time or don't like your requirements so my answer don't like it find someone else to give you a bad credit loan just like myself with fair credit
