The drive up service here is terrible. I waited almost an hour for service and the workers were just looking at my car. Not only that, I seen them come to my car and I was trying to unlock my window and I see them turn around and go back inside. It was super unprofessional and an uncomfortable moment for me. Wish I had something better to say!

I forgot to bring a baseball cap from home. I saw this Target store so I decided to drop in and search for a cap here. I prefer going to Target rather than Walmart stores because they tend to be less crowded and cleaner. This was the case with this particular Target store. Plenty of parking spots. Clean store both inside and outside. The staff member I spoke to was helpful.So why just 3 stars? They did not have what I needed. There was no selection of sports caps for me to choose from. Now I know that this is not the place to go for this specific item. Oh well.

Was about to purchase an item with a clearance sticker on it but when we scanned it, it still displayed the price pre-clearance. So I asked a staff for help and that staff said that it might be someone "who is not an employee" put the sticker on it because the numbers on the tag and on the clearance sticker do not match. Why is there a need to make such story? It's like you're accusing a customer of a wrongdoing without evidence.

Your standard Target. I go to this location once in a while since I'm in the area pretty often. The traffic in and out can get a little hectic, especially on the weekends, as it's a popular area, but I've never had an issue with getting parking as the lots really big.They have all of the typical items you need for day to day, and I come here to stock up on snacks or to pick up ingredients when I get lazy to go to the supermarket. It's very convenient as they have a good range of items that cover a wide variety of dishes. This location is always well-stocked and clean. Very rarely their self-checkout line will be really long, but moves fairly quickly.

Their carts are the worst carts in history. Even walmart cerritos got fresh carts. I hate this target for those trashy shopping carts

Target gal here! Goshhh I love Target for many reasons.They have a great plant-based selection of foods. And I love their clothing. I get my pajama's and sleep shorts here. The yoga pants and leggings are super comfortable as well. I just love the brands that they carry. I recently ordered some tanks tops and pajama bottoms from this Target store. I had them delivered since I couldn't go pick them up with my work schedule. The items all came, the right sizes and in good condition. No issues on my end. I am happy. I love Target! It is the best. I'll be back for the vegetarian and vegan foods. And probably the comfortable clothes too. See ya soon Target lol :D

Evrytime I go here shopping I was expecting this is convenience after gym or before gym when I have I need to get couple of items but its a big but always no shopping carts or if i find one ? Its hard to push? Whats going on? No one doing carts anymore?This target is messy too!! In Los Altos their store is very neat i can go shopping there but i am already in Cerritos, it changed right after pandemic Cerritos became the worse store..Get it right & organize it..

3 stores for the selection of items in stock. As for as the customer service...I passed by 5 employees and Not ONE greeted or said anything. 2 of them were less than 2 feet away.Not acknowledging people coming to shop is not okay. A quick Hello would have been nice.
