Stylist: My hair stylist was very friendly and kind and sweet. GREAT ATTITUDE. I just recommend that you close with 3 staff members instead of 2 while one was on a one hour state law lunch so the poor stylist is not alone and overwhelmed as more people were coming in.

I was happy with this store and the service was good. I showed the stylist several photos of what I wanted. She was very nice. I was disappointed that she chose to use the term "feminine" as she decided to leave my longer in the back than I had asked for. The photos clearly showed a very short pixie cut. I did get her to take a bit more off the back but it is still not short enough. I will return because I like SuperCuts.

Requested a light trim and said I don't like my hair too short. Also said the sides should be longer near the top and shorter at the bottom. Should have micro managed the process as they proceeded to give me a buzz cut that didn't resemble what I requested at all
Does anyone at hair salons listen anymore?
Silver lining is that I won't need a haircut for awhile
