Only reason I'm giving two stars because the girl in the drive thru line was very sweet and kind! I ordered extra hot coffee and I was given my coffee with no cup jacket my hands was immediately hot and I spilled the hot coffee super upset

I am not easily impressed at Starbucks. However, This morning, at 7:14 AM, we stopped by your Starbucks Coffee Store #50943 in Cerritos, CA. As I made my way up to the speaker, I was pleasantly surprised by the cheerful, welcoming, and professional voice that came across the speaker. After her welcome message ended she said her name Fantayshia, and asked for my order.As I approached the window, I asked the server if she had taken my order and in a very professional manner she responded by no, sir, I did not."While the window clerk/barista was getting my drinks, another young lady (I believe her name was Tiya" approached the window and offered us a sample of your promotional coffee. She stepped back and Valeria came forward and handed me my first drink. As she handed me the second drink, I squeezed the cup too hard and hot coffee spilled on the jacket that I was wearing. Valeria, sprung into action and asked "Are you ok, did you burn yourself?" I replied " no, it fell on my jacket and the side of my car" She reached over and handed me paper towels and offered a rag, just in case I needed it. Her quick action is very commendable. She knew what to do and the correct questions to ask to ensure my safety.A huge "Thank you Fantayshia, Valeria, and Tiya" for a superb service.

Terrible customer service they can't follow simple directions they re made my gingerbread chai latte 3 times and still didn't get it right mind you I just asked for cold foam and they gave me brown water with foam not sweet or anything ,terrible drink , terrible customer service , the place was dirty as well when my husband went in to ask for them to fix it. Wish I can rate 0 stars .

This location always gets my order wrong even when it's written for them on an app. It's soooo frustrating! I ordered a hot drink and they give me a cold one, how can you mess that up? Not only that I've ordered things that they forget to give me.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Starbucks in Cerritos, and I can't say enough positive things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The friendly staff greeted me with a smile, making me feel right at home.Now, let's talk about their Chai Tea. It's a true masterpiece. The balance of spices and creaminess is simply perfect. Whether hot or iced, it's a comforting and flavorful beverage that I can't resist ordering again and again. It's a delightful escape from the everyday.And then there's the Turkey Pesto Sandwich. Oh my goodness, it's a taste sensation! The tender turkey combined with the savory pesto and fresh veggies creates a delightful symphony of flavors. It's a satisfying and wholesome option that pairs wonderfully with their drinks.What truly sets this Starbucks apart, though, is the exceptional customer service. The baristas take the time to get to know their customers and make each visit special. It's clear that they take pride in their work, and it shines through in every cup and bite.Overall, the Starbucks in Cerritos is a shining example of what a coffee shop should be. Love that they are open at 6pm. Apple macchiato -taste like a bowl of Apple Jacks. Probably the only Starbucks coffee I've ever liked. Would get again This Starbucks is really nice too

If I could give no stars I would. Workers here are so rude. I usually stop by here before work since it's the only one open at 4:30am. As I pulled up to the drive thru window to pay I literally heard the driver thru worker say "I don't want to deal with people today" I understand we all have our days but come on. My coffee always comes out like crap and it's not complicated. Just Americano with almond milk and Splenda. It is super water downed, no taste of coffee. Management needs to switch something up.

We need more Dutch Bros coffee shops in So Cal.Starbucks has lost their taste. Their cups are cheap They are weak from top, and easily folds when handling coffee. With Starbucks high prices, you think they will have good better quality cups lol. Also, service is no good as well.

I ordered an iced coffee and it was perfect. The girl at the front was super friendly.I am mostly here to review the interior. When I visit a Starbucks it's usually to-go or drive through. Today I was searching for a place to study and after searching all over Cerritos and Bellflower most of the libraries and other coffee shops were either closed or super packed. I came into the facility and it was so spacious and empty. It was a great space to put in some work and enjoy coffee and pastries.

Don't come here to bother Josh whom is best I've seen among all Starbucks's clerks.I'll recommend him but his 20+ years service was too good to be true.

Stopped to get a quick drink and snack before going to the airport. The staff went above and beyond by helping us out with an ice pack after our grand daughter hit her head at a nearby pack on concrete.

Two stars for the fact that yall are the worst mobile order starbucks in the company. Never fails no matter how much in advance you order, they act like its an inconvenience for them.
