Guy did hard upsell. Very turned off!!! Just came to return wifi router no longer needed. Guy pounced, trying to do a mobile sale. Just pissed me off!

Spectrum is better than T-Mobile I no longer hit dead spots in the house with causes dropped The only issue that I have is that they do not have a senior discount and there is always a bundle that you have to take something that you don't need just to get a discount
