Salesmen are nice and accommodating. However the product itself and after sales customer service is terrible. I received a defective bed on delivery, which they refused to replace/exchange for a working one. They attempted to repair it on three separate occasions, none of which fixed the problem. After the third repair attempt, I asked for a full refund and return before the "free" trial period ended. Of course it wasn't free to return despite what their advertisements claim. They charged me $750 to return the bed initially until I spent an hour and a half on the phone arguing how the bed was delivered broken. Eventually they dropped it to $250 after removing whatever bullshit fees they pulled out of thin air. At this point I just wanted to get rid of the piece of junk so I can make room for a real bed in my room so I paid that amount to get it returned. Crappy beds at premium prices, with rock bottom customer service. A "take your money and run" type of company. Stay away!

I have took my mother to try one particular bed Lucia was the sales person she was so nice very professional and well known about everything about this bed my mother try 2 beds finally she picked up one she was so happy the transaction was very fast Lucia ones again she’s very nice salesperson my mother was very happy with her and me too we have finished left waiting for the delivery my mother got ready her old bed the day of the delivery big misunderstanding I wasn’t there to wait for the delivery the problem was delivered people got mixup my mother ordered I reported to Lucia was big messed but finally the next day supposed to delivery today so we are waiting now praying that is true my mother suffering last night because she wants her bed she’s 89 years but my thing is this people deliver are not so trustworthy ones again Lucia was able to fixed the problem with her supervisor thanks Lucía Mrs Williams ?

We bought a sleep number bed about 5 years ago, with an adjustable base. We hated the bed and returned it. It's nothing but a bags of air, not evenly distributed, and making the sleep number lower just results in a hammock-like mattress. We were not allowed to return the base, so we are using it with another mattress, but both of the crappy sleep number remotes for it have given out. I tried twice ordering a new one from Sleep Number, and they failed both times to deliver it. (Remotes are back-ordered indefinitely.) Not only did they not deliver it, but they also failed to notify me of the back order status, or ever contact me whatsoever. I had to call and ask for my money back after weeks of silence. They charged me for two-day air delivery, by the way. If I cannot find a remote to power their custom AirFit 1 base, I will have to buy a whole new base. The only suggestion from Sleep Number was eBay. In summary, uncomfortable bed and now unusable adjustable base due to garbage remotes.

We walked in and were greeted by Jeremy. He walked us through all the products you offer, was professional, patient, not pushy sales man at all and was so accommodating to our 2 little girls that accompanied us. Our girls were a handful and he made sure to make all of us comfortable especially them. He made great suggestions and even assited anyway he could with offers and discounts. Would highly recommend. Sleep is one of the best investments you can make for yourself and he made it an enjoyable process to make a large purchase.

I bought sleep number bed near 5 years ago and paid almost $11000 and expected for the good night sleep bed. I am very disappointed with the product and service. Although I still have 5 years warranty, the bed has become separated in the middle. It woke me up when I am turning at night. I called for the service but I was told that I have to pay for the assessment and pay extra for the repairing. It is so unfair. I called the supervisor and was placed on the automatic waiting for 15 mins and still nobody answering .

Jeremy at the Sleep Number store is one of the best customer associates I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He explained everything about the beds, the warranty, all the promotions, and cost right down to the penny. I had already done my research and Jeremy was honest and true to the T about everything I had already read about. We were able to lay on the beds and feel the changes of firmness. It was a great experience. If anyone is thinking about getting a Sleep Number bed you have to go here and try it out for yourself first.

I really enjoyed shopping at Cerritos location ☺️ Vincent spent time explaining the difference between mattresses. We felt no pressure to buy which made our shopping experience enjoyable. We are very excited about our purchase and can't wait to sleep in our new bed. Thank you ?

Absolutely terrible experience so far! I can't even review the mattress because they won't get it to me. We purchased a new sleep number bed on November 29th and have just been rescheduled for the second time when my bed was supposed to be here in the morning. Now we are told our bed won't arrive until March 1st!! We paid $8500 for this bed. For this kind of money, our bed should have been in our home within a week! This isn't some discount store BS. When we were rescheduled the first time, we were told delivery is almost never rescheduled a second time but yet here we are within 24 hours of our promised second scheduled delivery. Just offering free sheets doesn't make this better. This is the absolute worst customer service and no excuse. Nobody should spend this much money and wait 4 months to receive the item. Who's to say it's really even going to arrive March 1st? I could have picked the bed up anywhere myself and done a better job. You should absolutely be ashamed of treating your customers this way! The only pleasant part of this has been Nicole at the Covington, LA store. It's definitely not her fault y'all can't get it together. STAY AWAY if you expect to be sleeping in your new bed any time soon after purchase.

Jeremy at the Cerritos Sleep Number store did a terrific job in describing how the firmness settings work as well as the different mattress types and sizes. I definitely appreciate him taking the time to go through those details.

Sleep Number bed delivery. Our delivery experience was outstanding. The delivery team of Brandon and Salvador were very professional. They observe all covid protocol and even ask if we wanted them to take off their shoes which we advised them they were OK leaving their shoes on. They came earlier than expected and the process was very quick. Not sure if there were a 3rd party company they had sleep number uniforms on and came in sleep number truck. Whoever they work for they need to take a page out of Brandon and Salvador's book on how to provide excellent customer service. Thank you Sleep Number and thank you Brandon and Salvador for your service.
