I would give a higher rating because the young lady that helped us was very helpful and polite. This isn't a place I would come to again. We left before the 2 hours were up. It smells and it's dirty.

Great place for neuro typical kids. For Autism kids, this could be over stimulating if you go after 10am or 11am.

The AC has been broken for days now!
I have been a loyal member for years and I’m disappointed to hear, “nothing has been done because no one has passed out or been injured due to our conditions” Skyzone Staff
I saw a kid get carried out of skyzone because of the heat, the employees need to contact OSHA as well.
Skyzone states the following:
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Sky Zone is a place for everyone to play. We know you have plenty of options on where to play, so have an extreme commitment to the safety of yourself and fellow guests to make sure Sky Zone is always enjoyable.
It was easily 90 degrees in there, we left immediately. Not only is it dangerous for our kids, it’s irresponsible and UNETHICAL to keep the business open under these conditions.

Absolutely disappointed with sky zone in Cerritos! We celebrated my son's 10th birthday yesterday at this place. I'm still very upset for the horrible conditions my son, family and friends had to endure. It's supposed to be a fun time for everyone but ended leaving without bday boy cutting his cake.
The AC was not working and what's worst, it was 100 degree weather outside. Inside the building was hotter, musty, and humid with about 3 fans. To top it off, our party room was filled with flies! We had to not only worry about keeping our kids hydrated but also worry the flies wouldn't land on our food. One of my guest told me she was there Friday night and the AC was not working. We are in the middle of a heat wave and the AC has not been functioning for days!!!!! Why, why why didn't the staff at sky zone called to communicate the AC was not working? We paid a lot of money to have good accommodations for a bday party.
They should have called to inform us and perhaps offer to change the date of the party but they didn't! Once there, we couldn't retrieve from moving forward with the party because most guest were there exactly on time. I get the staff at sky zone are just doing their job but who ever is running the show is doing a lousy job. Their employees are having to endure these conditions as well, it's horrible!
My son ( the birthday boy) ended up having a heat stroke! He was nauseous, sweaty, pale and didn't want to move. Of course, everyone was concerned for his well being . My guest were out asking for ice packs , grabbing wet paper towels and getting water for him. The kids couldn't keep jumping more than 10 or 15 minutes at a time without hydrating because of the excessive heat in the building. Everyone was sweating! In addition, we had to discard all the food the flies came in contact with. Not a fun time for anyone.
Please, for safety, if you're having a party at this location, do yourself and your guests a favor by calling to ensure the AC is working because they won't call to inform you!

Horrible experience at this location.
- the air conditioning broke in this 102° weather
- the workers are rude as heck
- the workers are just walling around trying to look busy not actually not doing anything.
-one person doing the fuel zone while other workers just walk back and forth behind them.
Hearing kids say "ahhh man, it's nice out here" coming out of sky zone to 100° weather is crazy!
Not saying they should have closed because the air conditioning broke but be generous and have water pitchers for the kids out, more fans.
We end up leaving because it was to hot and my kids and their guest/friends were drenched within 30 mins.
Paying over $40 for a sauna jump party is crazy, I wasn't going to have my kids and/or their friends pass out.
I would take pictures but there's a lot of minors around and I don't want to post them. To see the walking around of workers, the one person doing the fuel zone and kids drenched like they just same off a water ride.

First time at Cerritos SZ. Not as big as others I've been to, but a good balance of size and attendees. Employees are engaging, keeps everyone safe. Highly recommend. Thanks Lilly!
