“The lady at the front desk was really friendly. Over all experience was super quick and stress free. This was my first time ever getting a fingerprint scan done. I did not have an appointment but they were able to help me out right away and answered all the questions I had. It was a great experience. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs this service or passport pictures (they conveniently provide that service as well).”

We've been using their service for years whether it be for sending packages or getting things notarized.
I decided to write this review today because I needed to have something shipped via FedEx but also needed a custom sized box for another shipment.. I scheduled it out as a stop at FedEx then another stop at UPS. Only then did it occur to me to go here instead. They shipped my FedEx shipment no problem and even cut a box down to size for the other shipment I needed.
Great value as a business concept with added 5 star customer service. Couldn't be happier! Glad they're right around the corner from me.”

“Everything was great, my only issue was that my blue prints were not stapled as I requested. I get it happens. I did a second trip to get my blue prints stapled, but “Staples” didn’t have a stapler to staple my blue prints. So then why have the staple option if “Staples” doesn’t have the supplies needed to fulfill my needs as a customer. Would this make a difference where I get my blue prints printed…you bet.”

“I recently took a package to be shipped and I received excellent customer service from the young lady at the counter. I did however overhear an older lady working there being really rude to a customer. The customer asked the lady a question and she talked down to him and raised her voice. This was not her first time, whenever I go to this location I always hear the same older lady being rude to someone. Luckily I've gotten helped by another person working at the counter every time I've visited, and received amazing service. I just dread one day getting helped by her.”
