It’s been 15 minutes now I’m waiting it says open, but nobody is here. I have to wait for someone to come here so I can pay for the gas. This is my second time this is happening at the same Shell gas station. Please look into the matter Mr. Owner.

This is a pretty nice Shell. It's located near the Cerritos Auto Center, in a business-looking area, so the neighborhood is clean and quiet. It's a good place to stop and get gas before you head to LAX (like I did) if you're coming from the east. The gas station is very clean, and has multiple exits and entrances, so it's easy to get into and out of. The windshield cleaner fluid was stocked and so were the paper towels. Overall, this is a great gas station, if such a thing exists.

Horrible service and ripping people off with gas. I pumped 10 dollars to nothing come out of pump. Do yourself a favor a go across the street.

Wow... Grand believe the customer service that management has given came in here as a local I put gas and get some snacks and use the restroom not even 2 seconds I was in the restroom by the name of manager "servando" comes banging on the door and telling me to hurry up I'm just a consumer a local of the community and was treated like I was some deadbeat smelly homeless not cool man

The staff are not very bright. They are extremely disorganized. I needed to use the bathroom but they didn't have the key. They literally have very little intellect when it comes to being organized. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!

None of the buttons for the fuel rewards button works!! They need to update the keypads because all the buttons are old and broken

The workers inside were absolutely awful, that's why they work at a gas station and can't get a better job. I'm trying to use my fuel rewards because the card is not working outside and I go in to pay with the cashier, the workers are nowhere to be found in the store and when they do appear, they stand and talk for minutes. They completely ignore me and when I try to explain my fuel rewards issue, the lady chargers my card without having helped me and just talked over me.

Shift change takes too long and they make customers wait ourside, way too long. Even in the rain.
