big girl with curly hair refused to let me use the restroom and said it was for employees only when other employees themselves have had no problem with me using the restroom. I'm sure she was just too lazy to do her job.

Man fuck this gas station and fuck that stupid bitch behind the window. Every time I go there with my motorcycle she denies me from getting gas. I only carry cash. She said my bike doesn't look street legal, but it has California plates and dmv registered stickers and all.

The worst car shop I have ever visited. This little guy acts like he is so knowledgeable but after he touched my car, it's been having multiple problems. He asked me to pay cash which is a huge red flag. He Google search my name and found out my profession---sneaky! Do not trust the person. This is not a good characteristic trait. PEOPLE RUN....

Shell off the 91 freeway in Norwalk Boulevard this was pretty simple I need to get gas they were right off the freeway pretty safe and location will easy to get to prices OK places Leisy clean I just did it gas so I had to stop by if I am is all good but it's again it's freeway closest right after 91 tunnel north side of the 91 freeway Susie exit Shell gas station prices are the same average just like any other gas station I recommend it if you wanna come by any gas stop by real quick easy to get to

It's against CA state law to refuse a driver air and water at a petrol station. It's even more silly to refuse after said person paid for items in the store... there is a robot working there that will not turn on the air after you buy stuff, he is a low life non human sack of meat. I could have crashed and hurt someone cause this d!*knead wanted $1.50 extra. LOW LIFE (old man.... J*** face). I went down the street to am/pm didn't buy anything didn't spend anything and the clerk immediately turned on the air no questions asked.... Why did they do that? I want the owner to fire that thief (btw) he also charges more for items in the shop. Caught him. He doesn't speak English as a first language and falls back on that. Then he tries to talk smack as you peacefully walk out the door.

This place is a rip off!!!! They even state on the the air/water pump box that "Air/water is not FREE", and the fact is that it's against california law. Air and water pump is always free whenever I went. And it's $1.00 fee for it, and it doesnt even work right.

Be careful when you come here. They overcharge you at the pump if you dont pay attention. I pumped 5 gallons of gas for $3.99 a gallon. Total should of been $19.95 but instead was charged $20.00. I know its was only a penny a gallon but sh**t a penny could do a lot 100 years ago.

The car service is very poor. I'll just asked for a change oil and after the following day There's a oil leaked . So I complained and they check and said need to repair the left and right gasket and I paid $345.00 expecting fixed the problem the following day but still have leaked so I returned, The head mechanics told me let it dry first. but after a week leaked are still coming out and then he said another parts have problem and I expecting for the warranty but still charged me $200 for another and I paid ,after the following day still have problem maybe they do trial and error .They will suck your money ,I paid for big amount of money for nothing . BETTER FIND ANOTHER MECHANICS...I rate them zero

Yang's Shell is a sorry excuse for a Convenient stop. We were heading to airport and needed gas and a quick urgent bathroom stop. We were in the process of beginning to pump gas and asked for bathroom key. The gas station cashier said we couldn't use it until we were actually pumping the gas. Upon pumping gas the key was given, I entered the bathroom that truly was a scene straight out of a Saw Movie. S@&$! And urine were literally over flowing out of the toilet it was so full. Disgusting!!! I highly recommend not stopping here. He must have known it was in such horrible shape and knew we would have left with out purchasing gas. Just SHADY. This place is poorly managed, shame on you Mr. Yang.
