Walked in, actively looking for a specific brand. One worker completely refused to even look at me and walked by me looking the other way saying absolutely nothing. Another walked by me and asked the person behind me if they needed help. Another walked by me and didn't say anything. Finally a worker stopped and asked if I needed help. Wouldn't purchase anything at this one.

Many people waiting in line, the service is not the best, it can improve perhaps because they have a lot of demand.

Went in to get some products that said they had In store for pickup. It showed it was available online. When I went in store the girl told me it's not out yet it's probably in the back and said I couldn't purchase it... even though it said I could online... horrible customer service.

I cannot remember their names unfortunately :( but two of the employees here were so HELPFUL with finding me an exact foundation shade match. I'm new to makeup, and wanted to get started and both girls went above and beyond to make the experience so special for me as a beginner, they gave me a ton of tips. Love the vibes here!

Store is stocked and pretty decent . Workers over all are nice and helpful . Some of them are annoying and bit*cy. Need a bit more training on customer service and how to talk to clients . It's a shame that they racial profile. Since when have Latinos look down at other races, White did it to blacks. White did it to Latinos... now whitewash Latinos and Latinos at stores like Sephora think they can do it to others ... shameful

The workers here are so cheerful and super helpful! They helped me find what I needed in no time with amazing explanations, super knowledgeable. I was looking for a lip scrub of sorts as a birthday gift for my mom upon entering the store. I was immediately guided to the lip scrub section and they were able to answer all of my questions flawlessly! I needed more answers so I had asked this other employee, a gentlemen with a very kind demeanor, and he was more than willing to answer all of my questions. I had let him know my budget and he guided me through products with super helpful descriptions for each. I left the store in about 15 min. I had no knowledge in what I was getting into but thanks to the workers I was able to get in and out with my gifts in no time!

The lead Trish was very disrespectful to me when I tried asking her for a product. She made my experience horrible and made me extremely uncomfortable. I will not be coming back to this Sephora again. Horrible experience overall.

I placed a same day delivery order that was delivered through DoorDash from this location and the employees gave me a used tester of an item I ordered. I understand mistakes happen but I got it delivered to not have to go in store and I ended up having to go back and get a replacement. I don’t understand how it wasn’t noticed before being bagged.

Only one staff member was at the register apparently helping a customer with returns services. The wait, and the line, kept getting longer. I looked around to see if any other staff members were taking notice of the long queue, but each were just focused on their specific task. After about 10-15 minutes, I sensed that none of the staff, including the manager, was going to take initiative in regards to the long queue, so I directly approached a staff member and requested that they do something about it. She then led me to the entrance where I made my transaction with the greeter. I appreciate the tons of staff who are scattered around to help customers with their individual needs, but I really do hope they also take more consideration to those who would like to quickly make their purchases and get out of the store ASAP.

I just wanna know what this lady in the front greeting customers today 2/2/24 around 5 pm at Sephora Los Cerritos Center. problem with me. Went to sephora with sweatpants and oversized sweater and crocs, she did not greet me but the one next to me to went she greeted, I was like okay no biggie, but then I went to ask her where the summer fridays are at she raised her eyebrows looked at me head to toe and no smile no hi and I asked nicely. Then when I got out she did not say nothing again BUT the one next to me she did. Like girl Im on my day off I can wear a comfortable clothes if I want to and go to the mall. You be judging me just because of the way I dressed lol got no one to impress at the mall girl. Also look at the mirror first before you judge someone lol you are not even half as beautiful as the other sephora employees. Sephora go train your employees to just be as nice to someone who dress up and someone who likes to wear comfy clothes lol

I come in yesterday 1/28/24 I walked in and sure enough it's pack the greeter greet me I saw what I want but it's not the shelf so I wave to ask for help no one came to help after several mins to wait i open the lower drawer to find my shade I was looking then this white manager come in front of me and said that's for employees only I said I need help no one help she said we're busy I said that's why I'm helping myself she immediately gave me what I need after a few step I saw her counting the drawer line she suspect I took something excuse me ! I'm a manager myself she could saw I'm sorry that's for employees only but no after she gave me the product she started counting if only she knew how much I money I drop on Sephora every time ne er never judge the book by its cover missy
