I feel in my 2 experiences I have visited this store racist vibes. Not sure of her name but she has sort of tanish maybe blonde long hair with glasses ( she worked on Labor Day in the 3:00pm hour) . When your in customer service retail your greeting sets the tone for shoppers. Don’t just greet/assist who you pick & choose too greet & welcome everybody. This is the 2nd time I have encountered this with this young lady. I will not consider shopping here again & I will be sharing my experience with my peers as well. So disrespectful!

The person at the cashier is super rude. She's not helpful or customer oriented at all. the people in your stores should have a customer guided mentality....i would rate your product a high 5-since the cashier said more than half the shoes I wanted you didn't have available in my size but your personnel or customer service I would rate a 1-2 at best.....

Stephanie is very pleasant lots of patience and was happy to help me. ! I've only been in here twice and both times she was there, earlier in the day another girl was working and she was very nice also. They must have replaced the ones mentioned before. 5 stars for customer service... Minus one star because they don't have enough 9's so I couldn't get my first choices. Get more 9's. Everyone does not wear a 7 1/2!

They have really cute shoes! Their sandals are really cute and their heals are even cuter! Every time I go in there I buy a new pair of shoes. I rate it 3 stars because their customer service is horrible. No one greeted me as I walked in multiple times that I've been there, however the last time I went in there was this girl who looked little from the face but she greeted me and asked me if I needed help in all the 8 times that I've been there that was the only time someone ever greeted me or asked to help me. You guys should really get girls that aren't as bitchy.

Do not shop here, this is fucked up place they do not returned your money back plus they donot have all sizes. The helper girls do not know that much about shoes so do not go here, trust me you don't like it

They have cute shoes but horrible customer service. They need to hire people who will actually like the job. There's a girl named Luisa who works at the Cerritos mall store and she has the worst attitude. Beware, she lacks customer service to the fullest! I'm sorry your life is so miserable but it's no ones fault. Management needs to get rid of her ASAP or they will keep loosing customers. Other then that problem, this store has a nice variety of shoes. The reason for my one star is for the customer service. The store, shoe selection I rate a 4.

Do not shop here! Their shoes are really low quality. They do not give you your money back! They have the worst return policy! To top if all the price definitely does not reflect the quality. For $10-$15 you can get a good pair of shoes at a place like marshals or DSW.

If you are looking for cheap fashionable shoes this is the spot! They have them all from cute flats to sky high platforms (my kinda shoes since I am a shorty!) I come and check em out once a week because the selections change so quickly and since I have small feet it's hard to find my size. But let me just warn you these shoes probably won't last very long they are what you pay for!

Staff is rude and the guy with the weird mustache has a smell. Shoes are great prices but the service is awful the manager is stuck up and unhelpful also has a certain smell.

Its great to have a mall/discounted shoe store by the house. Last minute shopping for an event, this is the place ill go to first for shoes. I bought my goldish bronze wedges an hour before heading to a wedding in long beach. And it went great with my teal dress. Super simple and all i did was spend $24. Whats great about it, these wedges wont go out of style and i can wear them over and over til they get worn out. :) wedges are the best (even while holding a baby).

Seriously guys, low prices on ALL their shoes! They always have a ton of sales and I seriously recommend this place if you're on a budget and new some spankin' new heels. For stuff like flats or sandals I wouldn't recommend this place be the first place to go to since most of those turn out to be uncomfortable and they wear out easily. My friend wanted me to go clubbing with her (attn: i do NOT club) and I needed to get a nice pair of shoes fast! I found these uber cute metallic heels for $25!
