No checkers !! Only one lane. Checker closed as I got in line next. Waited 15 mins. Manager was in the phone just watching . Sad !

12/24/22 I was hoping beyond hope that I will find all the gift cards that I needed at this location. I went in and it was crazy crazy busy and I am not familiar with this Ralph's location so I didn't know where gift cards were. I found an employee and I asked him as he directed me promptly to where is the aisle of gift cards were.Lo & Behold! Success!! Got Denny's for mom & Dad, Macy's for my auntie Grace, Target for brother in law & Chick-Fila for my nephew. I'm super glad that I was able to kill 4 birds with one stone (what a shot!!! LOL). Checkout was pretty expedient although it looked hella busy here. Thankfully they've got almost all the registers open & some self checkouts.All in all I was pretty happy with this visit. The only negative is not much variety for their produce. Price-wise it's pretty much like Vons, Pavilions or Albertsons. Staff are friendly & helpful. I do prefer the one on Del Amo though, maybe because I'm more familiar with their location. I stopped by here coz Stirred coffee shop is in the same plaza so this was convenient.Thanks Ralphs!!!

The manager here Bucklewheat and their worker Kayla make fun of their coworkers. they make racist comments and make the environment feel unsafe for both workers and customers. they need to be out of there because that's not the first time they've done this. we will be filing a complaint and law suit thiS week. is this how Ralph's treats their workers???!?

Ralph's is known for a great deli/hot food. I have been to Downey, Seal Beach, etc great customer service. This place in Cerritos is terrible. Grouchy service seems like u r bothering them. So bad, several employees who just don't help u. I wish people in this area would demand change, very passive in Cerritos. 0 stars bad service.

This review is based mainly off customer service. Grocery shopping and overall store appearance and cleanliness is good. The store itself is well maintained and stocked well. It's huge and overall nice to shop at. What happened to me here recently (09/14/2022) was embarrassing and not handled well at all.I finished buying my groceries and decided to purchase a 5 dollar lottery scratcher. I put the money in and selected the ticket but no ticket came out even though the machine stated all credits used, please receive your scratcher at the bottom of machine. This is something I do lots of times at different machines, never any issues. On this visit, no ticket was dispensed even though I heard the ticket drop, or something going on in the machine itself. I contacted the store clerk to let them know what happened. I was met with attitude and overall stares as if I was being dishonest. A shopper behind me witnessed the whole thing and even told the clerk that I had indeed put money in. She opened the machine, all the while not talking to me or asking me questions, she just spoke to another employee saying that nothing was wrong with the machine, etc. I got no eye contact, nobody spoke to me or indicated any resolution. After a few minutes the clerk simply walked away, basically calling me a liar. Why would I lie about 5 dollars? All she had to do was look at her surveillance cameras. At this point im blocking the path where shoppers walked and decided to call it a 5 dollar loss, I feel cheated though and didn't appreciate how this was handled. Overall a bunch of rude employees working here. Whatever

Been living in this area for 37 years this was my store for my grocery shopping. Sunday morning came in to buy my daughter an arrangement ofFlowers for her birthday . I was so happy they had a couple of arrangements I can choose from as I got in line to purchase them I had a great conversation with the cashier Angel A about how my daughters birthday was today and and our plans for the day . After I payed I Realized I forgot to get a floral card & pick so I walked over to the floral station where I seen a lady named Linda and I asked her if she had a Floral card and a pick for my arrangement cause I forgot as she passed me one I placed my Receipt and keys on her table as I prepared it. I said thank and walk to get a Starbucks coffee cause there's a Starbucks inside. As I was waiting for my coffee I was approached by a lady name DENA Bailey . She asked me are those your flowers? I said yes then she said are you sure cause you never purchased theme? I said excuse me I was so embarrassed let me remind you there's other people waiting for there coffees to watching and staring. I said are you Accusing me of stealing them she said well you didn't go Through any line to purchase them and you don't have a receipt I said I have a receipt right here. I felt embarrassed, insulted and discriminated. Then she said oh ok and walked away like nothing . I have worked for a grocery store for 20 years side by side with management and we never would accuse anyone of stealing unless we had an eye witness, talk to a cashier about a purchase, which there was 3 checking at the time or viewed a camera . I waited for 10 min for my drink she had plenty of time to do any of those three things. I think she was very unprofessional and very rude I will not be coming to this store EVER AGAIN

I thought I would pay the MUCH higher prices than Walmart to have a better shopping experience. MISTAKE! There were huge empty spaces on some of their shelves with few brand choices of many items. There was a time when one could know that shopping at Ralph's would be at least a decent experience, but no more.As I made my way to the checkout line, I realized that Ralph's had actually sunk LOWER than Walmart!There was ONE, yes ONE checker and SIX self-checkout stations. I needed some batteries, which were locked in a case. It took almost 15 minutes to finally get somebody with a lofty enough position to have a key to come help. The checker said I could step aside and wait for the batteries and then another employee would help me out at a self-checkout station. I told her, "I'll wait here"! Give me a break! I will NEVER shop at Ralph's again!

Made me feel like he (the pharmacist) was doing me a favor by filling my script. There seems to be a pattern of "whatever" attitude among way-over-retirement-age at Kroger pharmacists - this is our fourth (in two states). Good store. Terrible pharmacy. Kroger corporate!!! Where are you??

I got my 1st shot of Covid vaccine on January 23 and guest what..they don't know if they will be able to give me my second..what disappointed!! There answer was try to get it "somewhere else" ?

I've had multiple issues of finding and getting items that had been opened and partially consumed. It's absolutely disgusting. In all my years grocery shopping I don't think I've experienced this, yet this is a repeated occurrence at this Ralph's. If you can shop somewhere else, go somewhere else. There are lots of markets and another location close by.

The workers at this Ralph's are really nice and helpful! I live close by and I also am an Instacart driver, so I'm always here, and they always give me the right information or help when I ask them questions :) They sanitize the carts and also have wipes in the front for you to wipe them yourself!
