Very poor service. There are 3 workers behind the register and no one on the floor to help out customers? I couldn’t find the dog nail grinder so I asked a lady in the front since no one was on the floor for any assistance and she never came back to help. She literally said she will be back and she disappeared. Then another came by and I asked about the same item and she also disappeared. Then finally she came back and said they don’t have anymore. I asked if she can check another store and she didn’t check and left. I’m so disappointed in the lack of customer service here at this Petco in Cerritos.

Love the option of picking up orders. Come here very frequently.
But Not so much Vetco, someone can be rude and condescending over there. This vet tech needs to leave HER attitude at home. Will continue to take my pup to Lakewood, which is very inconvenient since I live right down the street from the Cerritos location.

I found everything I needed for my dogs without any problem, which impressed me the most. Was how clean the store and organized.

I bought 2 bags of aquarium plant substrate and the worker pointed me to the right direction and exactly what I was looking for. She was awesome, Cerritos location. The bag was placed on the shelf that was labeled 32 dollars per bag. When the items were scanned it turned out they were 60 dollars a bag. We checked and double checked and I bought them anyway because I needed them. This is getting to be common to put stuff on the shelf. Irritating, but I won't hold it against you. Also, can you please do a daily inspection for dead fish in your tanks. Those animals are treated very poorly at Cerritos and Lakewood.

When we arrived at the store, all registers were down. Andre was standing at the door directing traffic and was very helpful and assist in getting us to place an online order so we could complete our purchase. He was very kind and patient with everyone that showed up and it was very much appreciated.

Bought a bag of puppy food and it had moths inside, one even flew out of the bag. Some bags of puppy food are even dusty like they been sitting there for a while. Very disappointing it’s not the first time I experience this from a different Petco, one other time it had silk worms. I also bought a container of 500 ct giant mealworms for my son’s gecko and it had a bug in there and it smelled rotten, some of the mealworms were dead. It’s very disturbing and gross, it’s sad that they sell puppy food and other pet food in these conditions. I will no longer buy any pet food from a Petco.

Perhaps because the space was cramped, it was inconvenient to find the item I was looking for, but I still bought the dog clothes I wanted to buy.
It was a shame that there weren't many dog clothes.
