I definitely recomend this chevrolet to every one, agents are professional patient. They treat us like home and made us feel important and valued customers. We received all the financing help beyond all expectations it was an A+ especially when we need all that financing support. Adrian at Chevrolet of Cerritos went above and beyond. Adrian kept me informed of the front end break service on my 2020 Silverado. He informed me of other problems my truck had, how some front break sensor wires needed replacing and what were my options. It was a great experience having Adian as my service manager. I will continue going to Chevrolet of Cerritos for service on my 2020 Silverado and recommend that if you go, to ask for Adrian.

Bad first impression with this place communication is horrible. First time calling here to set up an appointment, I ask to speak with a Service advisor. I was.
Told they would call me back and they didn't. I called the next day to speak with the manager. Or a service adviser again and got no call. Hopefully these guy's will work on that soon.

Got a quote and appointment set up over the phone for an oil change. Got there and dealt with the rudest service write I’ve ever met. She doubled the price I was quoted. I asked for the manager and she said he was on lunch. I kindly asked for his card. She went in and never came back out. Will not go here again will not let someone like that near my vehicle. I will never pay 250$ for an oil change and tire rotation. They obviously don’t want anyone’s business. Makes sense the service drive was completely empty. Left the service manager a voicemail. We will see if I get a call back.
Edit: service manager never called back. Someone else saw my post and made it right. Honored price. It’s great to see someone willing to make this right. Kudos. Got my oil change in a timely manner. Will go back and continue business there

We purchased a used Honda. We weren’t going to leave a review however, we have had car troubles since we purchased the car. The horn was not working and had to go to service a couple of times to get it right. When it was right the alarm kept going of they kind of just left it to Honda like it’s there problem.
They changed our oil because it was due now we have a gasket leaking oil. They don’t really help you unless you purchase THEIR warranty. Also, our paint is chipping on the car. It’s a 2017 so we are hoping we have a resolve I don’t think it qualifies for a lemon law. Service men was seriously no help. We never once received an apology.

Went to this dealership to look a a colorado, Which as it turns out, is a tad on the small size for me(im a big dude) the salesmen told me that he can give me tips to lose my weight, which is a odd thing to say bluntly like that. Other than that there was no harm done, we said that it wont work out and said thank you.
However another saleman comes out and says "I see smiles you like the car" which was incorrect we didnt. we explain its too small and that we will have to go look at options elsewhere, The new salesman asks if we are interested in a silverado. I stated its far out of the price range we want. They explain that we would be surprised and asked us to let her show us some. so we do. its a nice truck sure but again the sticker price is 10-20k over the colorado we are looking at. THis sales men said on several occasions that "When we have kids, which will happen" which is a strange thing to say as well and not really a good thing to say without knowing the people you are saying it too. You dont know if the people have been unsuccefully trying, or if they are inacapable of doing so. but you make these statements about their life to try and make a sale and its a cheap and unnecisary tactic that only pushed us away from wanting to work at this dealership.
They had us sit down to talk about price and I gave my absolute top price i would pay. they then parade us back out to the car to once again speak about how we can fit oiur guarenteed future children in the back and the finance guy comes out smiling saying congratulations and gives us a price 40% higher than my top price. and when I say thats no where close acts offended and points out how much they are losing. No deal was to be made.
Its worth nothing that we were there for 2 hours and were the only customer in there, seems to me the sales team needs proper training on how to talk to customers and their tactics need to change, maybe if they did that they would have more people shopping for cars there.
To the management team, Please take a good look at how your people interact and the way they treat every step as a favor to the buyer. If you do I guarentee that you will have more customers and more repeat customers.
