I have a lot of problems with PacSun as a company and for the employees for ABUSE. Extremely poor treatment to customers that are not teenagers. Absolutely rude, snarky, cold, and unprofessional. Most of them are young adults under 25. They need some mature leadership because there are so many things wrong with their attitudes and how they treat customers and older adults. I bought some shirts that I loved and ONE shirt did not fit since it was from the one size line John Galt. I have no idea where I left my receipt and the young non-binary looking lady gave me hell, attitude, and completely unprofessional. I ask simple clarifying questions, since the value of a BRAND new shirt that I bought yesterday at full price was returned for store credit at HALF of the price. Which is ridiculous. So, I understand PacSun is ridiculous for that but the person was SO rude when I asked for clarification. I responded, you’re being intense to imply I’m really uncomfortable and she was so blunt and pushed me away by dissing me. I was still in the store to purchase other things with my niece and another employee was also rude. Did not greet me, barely paid attention, he could care less about me as a paying customer, and didn’t even say thank you or have a nice day. Just printed the receipt and said next. THIS IS ABUSE.

Upon entering PacSun, my friend approached an employee to inquire about a bigger size in jeans. What followed was a distressing interaction that left her feeling judged and upset. The employee responded rudely, making condescending remarks about how they only carried smaller sizes. Their tone and demeanor were both unprofessional and unwarranted. Coupled with a judgmental look, was completely uncalled for and disrespectfulIt was disheartening to witness my friend being treated with such disrespect. The employee's behavior was completely uncalled for and lacked any form of empathy or understanding. It's essential for store employees to be courteous and accommodating to customers, regardless of their size or personal preferences.While this was an unfortunate experience, it's important to note that it may not reflect the attitude of all employees at PacSun. However, it is vital for the management team to take such incidents seriously and address any concerns promptly. By fostering a positive and inclusive shopping environment. I hope that PacSun takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their customer service standards. A strong emphasis on employee training and cultural sensitivity can go a long way in creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

They're lucky to have one star..based on the reviews here i guess mine will not make a difference since the staff here are already known for being rude and unproffesional.#owner..i think its time that you make changes, people will stop shopping at yhis branch of this goes on. we were discriminated with it comes to trying an essential hoodie jacket, pay or buy it first before you get to try the sizes. Unbelievable, and al of them are covering each other and will make you feel so bad about yourself.Pls if you have any other branch to go to, or any brand to buy, let this branch go bankrupt so that the owner will see. Just very rude staff??

My son wasn't able to try on a sweater. Then I asked if we were able to return the sweater of it didn't fit. The answer was no.Seems ridiculous to purchase something without trying it on and not be able to return the merchandise. Definitely not coming here again.

PAC Sun does not have ADA accommodations for totally disabled people! I have to stand in line with severe spinal issues as they let one person at a time! Another way they don't make it easy for ADAs, is you have to physically have to come down to the store and buy a "Fear of God Essential Hoodie" because they won't post this item online to purchase! ADA be beware! Their corporate phone number is busy. I wonder why! I was forced to give a one star otherwise I could not post this review! It really should be zero stars!

The staff, kids, who work here are extremely rude. They act entitled and lack basic customer service skills; shocking they have a job. There was one boy who was really nice, curly hair, nice skin and tall (sorry I didn’t get his name, and sorry you have to work in an unwelcoming work environment). Surprised management allows the behavior to continue as I’ve read multiple reviews regarding bad customer service; says a lot about their management skills.

Horrible customer service. Rude, slow and lazy people working here. Dont order anything online for in store pick up at this location because you wont get it. I placed an order for pick up that same day and almost two days later no reply. I just happened to be in the area later, and went inside to find the employees just standing around. The item i ordered couldve easily been completed. Tried cancelling online and they tell me they cant. Total waste of time and money. Im glad i went inside because the item i picked ended up being very cheap in quality. Dont buy from this company.

This store sold me a FAKE cactus plant hoodie when they had the PSP reserves. I had several verifications and it was deemed to be fake. I paid $500 which was overpriced. I contacted the customer service department and was given the run around. I had to keep emailing to even get a response. I will never purchase anything from this company EVER again!

I have to agree with all the bad reviews about the rude employees. I believe these people get no customer service training at all. They stand around folding clothes so they don't have to look at you, they don't or won't answer questions, and they don't know how to say hello. Maybe they barely know how to speak at all.

Bad customer service. Bought a bathing suit and it did not come with a hygiene sticker. I Had the receipt tags are still attached And tried to return it because it didn't fit my daughter and The manager Jesse said it cannot be returned because it did not have the hygiene sticker and there is a policy. When it was sold that way And there was a few other ones without the sticker and I let her know and she left them on the floor so other customers can buy them and not be able to return them.How unprofessional and super bad customer service. And told Me to call corporate and have corporate call her to be able to be able to return this is not just a $10 bathing suit it was 39$.Never shopping there again.

PAC-Sun has horrible customer service- I advise you never to shop here if you never want to see your money. I made a return in December and it's Jan. 24th and I haven't seen my money. I get that there is a delay with returns but what made it worse is that I got no notification of a return starting, no notification that they received my package, nothing ! So I went online to speak to a customer rep and he was no help at all, he didn't want to give me answers. When I asked for a customer service number, he also did not provide one. PAC-SUN stole my money and I won't rest until I get it. DO NOT shop at pacsun. I don't have the products (they have confirmed they have it), and I don't have my money. It's a shame and i advise you, go to any other store for your shopping.
