Edit: just read your reply. I don't appreciate you spilling the contents of our private conversion, and frankly your reply comes off as a non-apology and is thus worthless to me. Take some accountability to how you treat your customers.
I called to ask a question very politely and the person who answered was very rude. I will be sure to take measures to no longer do business here and recommend others do the same.

These guys go above and beyond in service but that's only the cherry on top to this one stop shop.
We've been using their service for years whether it be for sending packages or getting things notarized.
I decided to write this review today because I needed to have something shipped via FedEx but also needed a custom sized box for another shipment.. I scheduled it out as a stop at FedEx then another stop at UPS. Only then did it occur to me to go here instead. They shipped my FedEx shipment no problem and even cut a box down to size for the other shipment I needed.
Great value as a business concept with added 5 star customer service. Couldn't be happier! Glad they're right around the corner from me.

Been renting my private mailbox here the past couple years. Reasonably affordable. Postal services offered are. Cheaper than UPS and FedEx rates. They've never lost my package and FedEx actually delivers here (unlike my house). DHL rates are not bad either.

I’ve been renting a mailbox for over a year now and I absolutely love this place! I receive so many packages all the time & they never ever give me a hard time about it. They never rush me to pick up my packages either! Very thankful for the team at Package To Go for working with me & my hectic schedule. You guys rock!!!! Happy Holidays :-)

I don't know why I didn't comment on this place until today but they are def the champion in Cerritos. Super professional, patient and really knows every single details you need to pay attention to. I mailed my passport and the marriage certificate to make an observation on my passport and I was so worried what if it get lost. But they really handled it so well and I received my updated passport in less than 2 weeks. The staffs are always so nice. Me and my husband only send out the mails and packages through them for the last 4 years and they are super reliable, never had any issue.

I have been here several times, but hadn't checked in before. The people who work here are very friendly and helpful. They will find the best way for you to send a mailer or package without overpaying. The service is excellent. The location is convenient, across from the Cerritos mall, there is plenty of free parking.
