I went into the store to ask about Rx glasses. Justin guided me through the process very helpful. Took his time to make sure all was correct. great customer service skills as other customer were coming in asking for him he acknowledged them and said he would be right with them as soon as he could. Great customer service will be back soon to pick up my 2 pair.

Both the employee and the store manager/licensed optician that helped me knew the product very well and gave excellent service that lead to me making a purchase. I went and looking for running sunglasses and I found a pair that weren’t specifically designed for running, but worked well for my purpose and I am excited to shop them in the future.

The store manager, Justin, at the Cerritos Oakleys store location provided excellent service to me and my husband. He was very patient in answering our questions and offering advice/suggestions as needed. I was exceptionally pleased with the service and will come to this location in the future for any additional purchases. Five stars.

Great place to shop for your cool Oakley eyewear and they set me up with prescription lenses too. Also the staff is courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and quite professional. Thank you ladies for your all your help. Now I can see and look sharp again.

Not happy with this dudes in cerritos, not the best Quality in transition. I had my transition for 1 year and it's starting to go bad and I didn't get insurance one it. I just got eye surgery and this is happening to me with my glasses. Two thumbs down. I broke up with Oakley.

Went in to inquire about service for an old pair of glasses, settled for replacement lenses but happily they were in store and affordable. Sales person Justin in Cerritos was knowledgeable and professional to work with, ended up adding a new pair along with my replacement lenses. Quick and efficient visit, very pleased.
