Patrick is the best! Would recommend mmtaxman to anyone. His team is so nice and helpful. They do such an amazing job of answering every question no matter how small or complex. Love these guys!

Horrible customer service, rude, and NO accountability whatsoever. Veronica could not explain their fees thoroughly and began to get an extreme attitude when asked simple clarifying questions that any customer would and has the right to ask. She rudely hung up on me during our zoom call and via emails was lying about services she so-called "completed" that had already been paid for. I had to ask multiple times just to get my documents back and knowing that she was stating false information and conflicting details, she had the nerve to send a final email stating to "disregard all previous emails" which she knew had completely incorrect and false information in them that conflicted w/ her own "husband-boss" Patrick. Just a horrible experience and Patrick has NO accountability as the business owner. Not a single phone call or anything to clear up all the miscommunications. He made calls to another tax preparer about me and my business when he could've just reached me directly. Not sure if he was scared or embarrassed to speak to me as a man and the "business owner" of his establishment. All-in-all, everything was fine until I realized they were attempting to DOUBLE and almost TRIPLE charge me for services that CLEARLY state online exactly what the price is. I made great money for my business so maybe they felt they could try and take advantage of me, but no. Veronica couldn't explain the charges and knowing that I caught her in hugely conflicting price details she became agitated and rude. She even began disrespectfully laughing during our Zoom call. All the while this is going on, Patrick is hiding behind emails and calling other parties to discuss MY matter! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER. Thank goodness my new CPA saved me. Based on reading these other reviews, I'm sure Veronica or Patrick will write some snazzy comment below to deflect, make an excuse, or claim another lie to show that this is all my fault. Watch and read folks. But I am speaking my truth. Do not use MMTAXMAN services. Happy-filing!

I just hired M&M Tax Service for my business and personal taxes and I am extremely happy about my decision. Their attention to detail, knowledge and communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. As a business owner, I appreciate people who are truly dedicated to their craft and care about proving amazing customer service. Patrick is the best. My wife and I are very busy and had to change appointments multiple times and we were pretty slow getting documents over, but mmtaxman was very adaptive. Patrick always accommodated and made us feel comfortable. I had very detailed questions around stocks, crypto, NFT,s etc. and Patrick had an answer to everything. We were impressed every step along the way.

I love going with Veronica to do my taxes! She's respectful and so helpful! I love how they're doing online appoiments! Especially because of the pandemic! Definitely recommend MMTaxman!

I gone to other business to do my taxes but I've never felt welcome or comfortable and I decided just to stay with Veronica. The only reason I know her is due to my parents having done their taxes with Patrick's parents. Now I can't see myself going to any other place. Veronica is amazing! I only see her once a year but yet she remembers details from personal conversation that we've had that weren't tax related. I will keep following her to where she goes. This new location is great. Love the fact that all paperwork is scanned before sitting down with Veronica. So got to her office and start to doing my taxes saves so much time. The actual process took what 10 minutes is so but we just kept on talking and talking. This why I'm a long time client. You get amazing customer service and you get treated like your part of their family. Thanks Veronica and Patrick!

I been going to this tax location for years and I always recommend people to come here. They're all very friendly and greet you once you walk in. I normally go to Veronica. If I ever have any questions or concerns, she is always 100% about it and send me all the info I need. My family started going here before me so now I am do too. I have friends coming here as well. They helped my boyfriend out so much!

I would give this place a 0 stars now. So been coming here for a while since I was a little kid with my father. He had never had a problem with his taxes. I trusted them. First time that I do my taxes they messed up big time 1. They messed up on my birthday 01-01-90 that is not my birthday and 2. Do I look blind not I don't how the hell am I typing this and how the hell do I drive myself around like for real. You guys need to fix this like no joke no wonder last year I didn't get my tax return. I did erased the other review mr. Patrick

This place is ridiculous, they don't even know how taxes are done. If you're like me and travel out of state for work DO NOT go there, I work in states where they are not state taxes withdrawn, but they do not understand that when u work out of state (Texas) example u don't get state deducted just federal. I get state deducted when I work in Cali but they are ademant that star taxes from Cali should count for my whole amount I make all year. Therefore causing me to pay over due fees to Cali when I work in state feee taxes. I explained to Prieto income tax my situation and he k we exactly what I was talking about while M&M was just dumbfounded

I've had my LLC business taxes prepared for the last 6 years. Patrick is so knowledgeable on all the tax laws. I will always recommend them. Their prices are Very reasonable.

I have used this location for several years. It's 2019 I have filed my Tax Returns fast, easy with Patrick. He is very knowledgeable, educated with great staff. It's a smooth process, for Contractors that work in Afghanistan or Iraq he's your guy highly recommend with reasonable pricing don't get overcharged Elsewhere.
