As a loyal customer of Michael Kors, I have always admired the brand's commitment to quality and style. However, my recent experience at the Cerritos location has tarnished my perception of the company. I believe that exceptional customer service is crucial in maintaining customer loyalty and trust, and it is disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism from a brand that I have previously held in high regard.

Dude made me feel like less than, as soon as i said i wanted to return or exchange. I wasn't aware of return policy of 30 days, I was out of it; but the way he treated was extremely rude. Maybe becaused I wasn't dressed to the the 9s walking in to the mall, I don't know. The young lady that I was speaking with was actually very nice until he interjected. He insisted the bag had been used, it had not. He has completely convinced not to purchase from MK again.

I purchased an MK product online twice, once from MK and once from a department store (for the simple reason that there was a better price during the return window). I returned the department store item to MK. It was exactly the same item with all the tags needed but there was an additional barcode that could be easily removed. He had an attitude and refused to accept it. Other reviews also suggest that the manager is very rude.

If I was able to I would give zero stars to this store Assistant Manager Jerry was very condescending making a simple situation into a big ordeal. My friend had a family discount that was given to her and it was specified that it was current even if it said 2021. This had even been honored by another store but according to Jerry not so. Until this point fine, but Jerry decided that calling the store that honored the card and shaming them for doing so was ok. Saying things like “how do I even know she is still an employee”. Making insinuations that the customer was trying to use a discount that was not legitimate. Michael Kors please retrain your assistant manager to be more empathetic and not act as if he is above everyone else. A simple no I can’t honor this would’ve been enough. He even confiscated the card like he had the right to take it, he doesn’t. That violates our rights he basically stole from my friend. Very disappointing experience.

A staff member named Hant helped me. Super sweet and kind, he also helped me choose the items that was perfect for my brother. Nice choice! He loved it!!!

As a customer service worker (restaurant industry) I dont like to complain & I completely understand to how it is to deal with people, I saw how the General Manager talked to his employee & a customer, you cant ever be rude to people infront of people, its the PRINCIPAL , he should show some respect & morals, as a customer we pay attention & u cannot do that to employees or customers…

I had the worse help from the manger at this store, he was really rude nasty attitude towards me. It definitely seemed like he didn’t want to help me at all. I really don’t understand how he got that manager position. His customer service was very awful. Made me not want to go back to that store at all. The women who he told to help me she was very nice and helpful. I didn’t get to get anyone’s name. But that manager is very unprofessional.

Nina was so kind and caring through out my whole experience. She is the only reason why I am sticking with Michael Kors after my horrid experience at South Coast Plaza. Definitely my favorite store now and the ONLY MK I will shop with!
