Had made an appointment two days prior and went through the entire pre-registration process, uploading my drivers license and insurance card and completing the questionnaire. I even gave my insurance information to the gal over the phone when I had called to inquire which day a certain doctor worked. Upon arrival, the receptionist said, she needed to see all that again because she didn’t have the information. I do not get the point of pre-registering. She was a bit curt and I was a bit frustrated.
UPDATE - it seems things have improved at the front desk. And the doctors are always very thorough. I particularly like Dr. Schumacher.

I had a great experience at the Cerritos Location with my 5 year old son. The x ray technician was great. We got all the information we needed and had a pleasant time in the office. The employees and nurse kept my son feeling calm and comfortable. Thank you Carbon Health staff!

Have been to this Carbon Health facility in Cerritos,Ca many times. A solid 10 star ✨ Fast, friendly staff, clean and efficient. Would recommend highly to my friends and neighbors!
