I am delighted to have discovered this establishment! Until today, I was unaware of its existence, and I regret not finding it sooner. Every individual with whom I interacted displayed exceptional kindness, helpfulness, and exquisite communication skills. The convenience of receiving a text message notifying me when my prescription was ready, with the added option to respond if necessary, was greatly appreciated. My heartfelt thanks to the Medicine Man team and facility for their exemplary service. Previously, I utilized Carelon RX home delivery, which unfortunately offered subpar customer service. Notably, I experienced extensive wait times on hold, and my medication remained unavailable for a staggering three weeks without explanation. Faced with this challenge, I diligently reached out to numerous pharmacies within and beyond my area in search of my prescription, all to no avail. Remarkably, your prompt assistance in filling my prescription and your unwavering understanding throughout the entire process were truly commendable. Once again, thank you for your efficiency and professionalism.

I'm so glad I made the switch from CVS. The service with Medicine Man is incredible and so convenient. I got my prescriptions delivered the day after the order was sent. Neima is so sweet, he went above and beyond handling the prior auth, expediting the process, and giving me updates along the way. He also got my medication discounted! Something CVS could've done & never did....that's why it's important to go somewhere that will go the extra mile and take care of their patients. Highly recommend :) Thank you Dr. G!

The best service I've received from a pharmacy by a huge margin! Nima and his team go above and beyond to expedite any pre-authorization processes and communicate updates with us on a regular basis. When we were with national chain pharmacies, going through pre authorship process was so time consuming and required multiple follow ups with the pharmacy and the doctor. They also help with any discount coupons manufacturers may be offering to keep the costs as low as possible. We have transferred all our prescriptions to Medicine Man Pharmacy and couldn't be happier.

If dispensing prescription meds was simply just about mechanically filling prescriptions, Well then I guess it wouldn't matter who you choose. But let's be realistic, dispensing prescription meds (especially hard to source ones) requires, a staff that is dedicated and really cares that every patient gets what they need, it requires a team that understands the convoluted insurance game, who can strategize the proper timing for refills, and instinctively knows how to make it all succeed for you in the end. Medicine Man Pharmacy makes it all happen for you. I have had such an incredible experience with them that I wanted to write a review and share my thoughts. When I call I have no stress, no crazy phone system to navigate, the team is the nicest you will find and they treat you with such personal and knowledgable care. Once everything was setup, my prescriptions ship lighting fast. And the best part, this wasn't a one time one off experience, this is an every time I call for anything experience. Simply put, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! :-)

Switched to Medicine Man after several issues with larger pharmacies. I'm glad I made the change. Excellent service and friendly staff. They also provide fast delivery if you are unable to pick up. Highly recommend!

After having lots of issues with bigger chain pharmacies over the past year or so, I was recommended Medicine Man Pharmacy and I was blown away by the fast, personal, friendly service I received there today. Finding this pharmacy was a huge relief to me after many months of not being able to get my medication on time. They filled it in a day with no issues and were very communicative with me. Dr. Neima was very sympathetic towards my issues and reassured me that they would not be happening there, which was proven to be true with my first experience there. I will be sending all of my families future prescriptions here and won't be going back to any of those bigger pharmacies.

Love this Pharmacy! The Pharmacists and their staffs are super nice and friendly. They really care about their patients. They will deliver your medication(s) if you are unable to pick them up. Best service ever. I highly recommend Medicine Man Pharmacy to everybody in need of their service.

I've had nothing but great experience in dealing with Medicine Man and all the staff. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable and they would always go above and beyond to try to accommodate whenever they can. I love that Medicine Man also delivers because I hate driving around and waiting in line to get my meds, or dealing with grumpy pharmacists and pharmacy tech at the retail pharmacies. Thanks MM!
