Eric was very nice and helpful. Despite being the only employee and having multiple customers in store, he made sure to help us find the right mattress that fit our needs and budget. The store had a wide range of prices and variety of mattresses.

Jacqueline was the best! Very informative and helpful! She answered any and every question and even understood our financial situation. She was able to find us the perfect mattress within our budget and we even upgraded to a king size!!! She’s amazing! This was our first experience at a mattress store and Jacqueline has made it a memorable one too! We’re definitely Mattress Firm customers for the foreseeable future.

Dhaval helped us today and was the perfect balance of friendly, informative, and not pushy.
