Very happy with their product and service. Bought an Osaki admiral chair in a beige leather color back in 2021 that's still working well. Delivery was quick. Their guys set up everything. Recently used their (previously) free service to move my chair when we moved to a new home. Not sure if they offer this with all purchases now. They were easy to communicate with and would highly recommend them.

So the Luraco i9 max special edition chair arrived. This my fourth chair over the past 25 years. The delivery person was very helpful and for a nice tip, he got the box through my front double doorway. Inspected it closely and I have to say the packaging was in pretty good shape for such a long journey. Props to you all for such an excellent packaging job.I also was able to set it up and use it yesterday and I love it. It is gorgeous and I did multiple night massages, slept like a baby, did a morning massage (only had 10 minutes) and very beneficial way to start the day.I also got the headrest and handheld from luraco that was modified and Vin called me to make sure everything was good. Incredible customer service as usual with Luraco.He even did a video call as I missed a cable for the wireless charger.Whatever chair is the right one for you is subjective, but I can honestly say Massage Chair Relief and especially Michael Nguyan are absolutely the right place and people to make your purchase. Simply fantastic customer support every step in the process.

My experience at Massage Chair Relief with Michael was a ton of fun and learning! He spent hours helping me choose the perfect chair with spectacular pro-level enthusiasm (his passion is also for unique and heritage tropical fruits..Bravo!) I love the Infinity IT-8500’s stretch function and soothing heat. It feels like a fitness session and relaxation retreat at the same time.The delivery crew was 5-star top notch. They navigated my chair up to the second floor of my library loft through multiple twist and turn stairways- without a sweat!Fully recommend Michael and Massage Chair Relief to the MAX!!!Thanks a billion Michael & Crew

Proud owner of a Daiwa Supreme Hybrid - limitedBlack/Black, and also the Infinity Smart Chair X3 - Black.1 first began my search for a massage chair over a year ago, once I came across Dr. Alan Weidner's Massage Chair Relief store I finally felt like I can get my questions answered. Michael Nguyen, who is the show floor manager thoroughly knows the manufacturing process for each chair. I had intentions of going in and buying an X8 or X9 chair.However, after multiple visits of the bait and testing each chair multiple times, I finally came to a conclusion that just one chair for all my symptoms and physical problems was not enough.lam a previous back brake recovery, I have had surgical disc replacements in my cervix, as well as my lower lumbar. I have four blown discs in my thoracic, along with all that I've also had both knees worked on. This gives you a better idea as to why I'm writing such a thorough review.Between the two chairs, I have been amazed by the back relief, and overall full body relaxation i've been getting from both chairs. This decision was by far better than agreeing to only a three-year coverage of chiropractics in my physical disability court case that was going through at that time.1100% suggest Dr. Wiener's massage chair, relief store and definitely ask for Michael Nguyen on the show floor to pick his brain with his unlimited vast knowledge of the manufacturing process of all the different chairs that you can choose from.Lastly, I'd like to say as a closing statement... Upon delivery of both chairs on two different dates, the two equipment handler's were very kind and professional, respecting my property, as well as ensuring that the spaces were cleared enough in order to assemble each chair. Going above and beyond, even suggesting a different arrangement of my furniture in order to fit the chairs better in the living room space without having to remove any furniture from the environment.Amazing service, amazing equipment and hopefully soon I will find out if it's amazing repair time which I will follow up with buddy on another review.Dr. Alan Weidner & Michael Nguyen, Thanks for everything and all your help,Mike Porter

I was asked to give a review upon purchase but no, I purposely held off to approach my one-year mark with both my chairs with good reason. Too often I find that reviews are issued early based on excellent customer service, but then the disappointments occur with the products themselves. That has not been the case with my products, I am grateful to have purchased a lifetime warranty on my chairs through the store itself, and I intend to use it soon for the Daiwa Supreme Hybrid - limited Black/Black due to a foot rest mechanical issue. No, the airbags still work, it has stopped lifting and sliding on its own. Everything else on that chair continues to function just fine but I've stopped using it for the time be until it gets repaired by Dr. Alan Weidner's stores location and or under its manufacture warranty, which it's still under. Thankfully, I have my second chair to turn to. My routine was to do a 30 minute session per chair twice a day. The reason for this is because I find that the Infinity Smart Chair X3 - worked best from the waist down when it came to properly apply to pressure as well as the airbags throughout the legs but the best feature is called swivel, which slowly or quickly circulates your buttocks region, relieving any strain of my lower lumbar discs. The Daiwa Supreme Hybrid is far more accurate on the thoracic and cervix region, as well as the airbag implementation throughout your arms. I feel that the structural integrity for the lower portion of the chair may need future reinforcement, but I'm only making that judgment due to the recent lack of use of my leg posture portion of my machine. Between the two chairs, I have been amazed by the back relief, and overall full body relaxation i've been getting from both chairs. This decision was by far better than agreeing to only a three-year coverage of chiropractics in my physical disability court case that I was going through at that time. I 100% suggest Dr. Wiedner's massage chair, relief store and definitely ask for Michael Nguyen on the show floor to pick his brain with his unlimited vast knowledge of the manufacturing process of all the different chairs that you can choose from. This place is amazing! We Drove all the way from Simi Valley to check this place out and glad we did! They carry a variety of the best chairs in the market. Mike was awesome! He showed us all the chairs that fits our needs and specifications. He took his time to explain every feature and was very knowledgeable in this field. We found the perfect massage chair, Mike ordered it and i couldn't believe it was assembled and ready to go in our bedroom in Simi Valley in just 2 days. Shout out to the delivery guys they did an amazing job too! If you are in search of a good quality massage chair this is the place to go. It is worth the drive. Look for Mike Nguyen he's the man!!!

After doing our own research, we found our last stop to be our best stop. If you are looking for a massage chair, or even curious, do yourself a favor and speak with Micheal at Massage Chair Relief. This store has a variety of chairs with various options for all budgets. The best part is Micheal. He's knowledgable of each chairs brand history, features and function, and listens to the customer's needs and wants. I appreciated that he was brand agnostic sharing the features and possible cons of each chair based on what you're seeking. Not pushy, no hard cell, just the facts!If you've done your research, you know there are many chairs to choose from and a lot to consider from warranty to repair and customer service. I hope I never require repair, but the warranty is great and so far, the cusotmer service superb.Thanks Micheal for solidifying our decision with your knowledge and approach, and we look forward to being long-time customers.Natalie and Kevin

I phoned massage chair relief of California and spoke with Mike after doing my research. Mike explained that the massage chair I was looking at had been around for ten years and their was updated technology. Picked a chair that I liked that was in my price range. The Ogawa Active XL 3D. Paid over the phone. Received my chair four days later delivered and set up (upstairs). Had some questions about the chair that I could not find in the manual. Called Mike he put me on FaceTime and explained everything perfectly. I am extremely satisfied with Massage Chair Relief and especially with Mike whom I have never met in person. Thank you Mike(Also they have the best warranty)

Manager Michael has considerable experience and expertise and he really knows his products. I have really enjoyed the OHCO M8 that I bought from him back in 2019. On the couple of occasions that I have had questions on the chair, he had always been very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend buying from Michael!

My husband and I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about Massage Chair Relief over the years. In 2020 we bought a Panasonic EP-MAJ7, which my husband still adores. He still uses it a lot. In Cerritos, Salesman Dominic is always very polite & helpful, as is manager Michael.Owner Dr. Alan Weidner is always the best at communicating, and VERY HELPFUL always, as well!Long story short, even though I needed to return the 2nd chair, they were STILL very polite and helpful! They followed-through on their Free Return Policy with no complaints! Amazing customer service, and they really care. They are also very patient and helpful when they are showing customers the chairs.Not only that, but I had broken a part which I was planning to pay for upon return, but since Ogawa didn't charge them for it, MCR did not charge me for the broken console holder either. AMAZING honesty!The delivery teams were always very polite & efficient on the 2 sales deliveries, and the 1 return pickup.Massage Chair Relief really bent over backwards with my schedule for deliveries and pickup, even holding the chair for a while upon purchase, so I could donate furniture to make room for it.Long story, we bought another chair for me, since our Panasonic wasn't like the one I had always wanted, which was the Cozzia 640., Salesman Dominic was very helpful just like the first time. He recommended a chair based on the Cozzia 640 (which was the reason we bought the Panasonic in the first place). It was the Ogawa Active Life Plus, which had a very tempting price point. Due to marketing reasons, Cozzia will only sell the Cozzia 640 through mattress stores, so MCR couldn't get it. I did my research, and called Cozzia & Ogawa (who are owned by the same parent company and share a plant in Covina, CA). They both confirmed that the 2 chairs are very similar, but they also confirmed that the Ogawa Active Life Plus is marketed ONLINE-ONLY, so there was no place in SoCAl where I could "try before I buy.".When I got the Ogawa Active Life Plus, it was indeed very similar, and even had some better features, but just didn't meet my personal preference as well, which are different for everyone. No questions asked, easy return by Massage Chair Relief. They do what they advertise, and helpfully!So my husband and I are very happy with our 2 experiences at Massage Chair Relief! Thank you!
